Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am not satisfied with their response! Are they giving me warranty? I want it in writing!! I On 12-5-Mr [redacted] called me at about 9:to let me know my car was ready and what time I would b by to pick so he could have it ready for me to be in and out I told him I would b their at 3:no later than 4:00! I arrived at about 3:I asked Mr [redacted] for him he said he went to go pick up ur car from around the corner and would b back in 10-15min I told him ok so I sat and waited after hour of waiting I asked Mr [redacted] what's taking so long? He knew I was coming he now said I don't know I think he is with another customer after me letting him know how frustrated and up set I was about all of this he said nothing to me then and sure enough min later Mr [redacted] walks in with another customer and NO CAR! Mr [redacted] then called him in his office he came out and said let's go get ur car!!!! Whe he was spouse to have it their already!!?? Regards, [redacted]

The person they assigned to speak to me was the same Manager that was the one that was completely disrespectful to my family I just don't understand why Ford would have *** from

I am rejecting this response because: Ford states that it was a correction and nothing has changed to a contract that was made in August and correction found in February, if nothing changed no new account/contract should have been made, how is it possible to close an account and open a new one if a new contract has not been redoneWhy was there not a phone call made, to a number that they have had for years and has never changedAnd how is it that the contract that supposedly wasn't made have my name on it with a signature that is not mine? Let's not go back and forth, a new account was made without my knowledge, and I have a copy of a contract with a signature that is not mine: this is terribleI was advised a police report will be needed in regards to the forgeryThat will be done.

WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER, HOW EVER THE ONLY WAY TO GET THIS INFO IS THROUGH THE CUSTOMERPOSSIBLY AT SOME POINT THEY CAME IN AND RELEASED THEIR INFO FOR THE INQUIRY
