I am rejecting this response because: This issue has yet to be resolved. The company still holds approximately $475 of my money, the car I traded in and has paid off my loan with Ford with the pay off being...

the $475 difference which the collected from me at the time I purchased the newer vehicle. The original transaction took place on March 14th and know the dealer claims they will hold my money until they receive the title which Ford has already released.If the dealer operates in this fashion on every trade-in holding the customers money for 6 to 8 weeks or longer it provides for some nice working capital at the customers expense.

I am rejecting this response because:I understand they would have to submit to capital one. That is not the issue. My issue is they sent an application to 13 finance companies which I did not authorize and resulted in my credit score falling by 40 points.

Customer was notified on the process therefore a credit statememt was provided by the Customer on a search for a possibly better deal than what Capital 1 was offering.

I am rejecting this response because:
I is absolutely false that I was notified in advance...

that this business informed me they would be submitting any request to so many companies. I DID NOT need them to do so because I was already PRE-APPROVED by capital one for an amount up to $35,000. I was informed AFTER the fact that they got me a better interest rate but at no time did I grant permission for them to to send a blanket request to 13 finance companies.

I am rejecting this response because:I am not satisfied with their response! Are they giving me warranty? I want it in writing!! I  On 12-5-14 Mr [redacted] called...

me at about 9:30 to let me know my car was ready and what time I would b by to pick so he could have it ready for me to be in and out I told him I would b their at 3:45 no later than 4:00! I arrived at about 3:50 I asked Mr [redacted] for him he said he went to go pick up ur car from around the corner and would b back in 10-15min I told him ok so I sat and waited after 1 hour of waiting I asked Mr [redacted] what's taking so long? He knew I was coming he now said I don't know I think he is with another customer after me letting him know how frustrated and up set I was about all of this he said nothing to me then and sure enough 10 min later Mr [redacted] walks in with another customer and NO CAR! Mr [redacted] then called him in his office he came out and said let's go get ur  car!!!! Whe he was spouse to have it their already!!??

I am rejecting this response because: I received a call from one of the sales representatives 2-3 weeks later in regards to the mustang,I believe his name was [redacted], I told him that I found the same car on the lot that was a different color(also did not have the performance package add-on) and that I'd be more than willing to purchase the car for the truecar value and that it should be even better for the company since the Fords "friends and family" incentives are going on and it's not factored into the truecar value price therefore I would imagine they get reimbursed, either way I'm not asking for the additional discount, I'm just asking that they meet the traditional truecar value. He stated that he would talk to the General Manager and get back to me but never did. As stated previously I will come in and purchase a Ford Mustang 4-cylinder that is currently on the lot for the truecar value price and the trade in value promised or receive the 14500 that was promised in the letter and pay the MSRP. If the GM was not spoken too about the conversation I had with [redacted]/the sales representative, then I'm sorry you are hearing this in this forum. I have consistently tried to compromise a fair value/trade that was promised and yet I keep getting met by excuses. Please understand that I still want to do business and I don't foresee any reason as to why this can't happen with the terms that we initially agreed upon.Respectfully,

WE HAVE NOTIFIED THE CLIENT THAT THEIR REFUND WILL BE COMING FROM THE LENDER AND NOT THE DEALERSHIP, PER RULES AND REGS OF THE LENDER. WE WILL FOLLOW UP WITH THE LENDER TO SPEED UP ON THE PROCESS FOR OUR MUTUAL CLIENT.

Tell us why here...       the reason for the price change was due to the car never passing any sort of service inspection, as all of our units have to pass. This unit should have never showed up online prior to the inspection, we price all units according to...

inspections and cost of repairs . We did try to come to resolutions with the client but we were not able to .
