I am rejecting this response because: The dealership did not offer to refund anything until I canceled the Maintenance Contract and GAP insuranceWhen I did that, I specified in writing I was to be informed of the refund amountThey did not do so even though the finance manager signed the cancelation documentIn addition, the dealership sent the funds to my finance company without my knowledge and I had to reject the deposit twice because they did not inform me of the amount that was supposed to be deposited, so I had no idea if it was correctI have called *** *** today to reach out to him to get this settledNo response as of yet

WHEN I STATED ITS BEEN RESOLVED THIS MEANT THAT WE HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE CUSTOMER AND TO OUR KNOWLEDGE HE UNDERSTOOD THE NEXT STEP TO THE PROCESS WHICH WAS AS SOON AS THE TITLE WAS RECEIVED WE WOULD CUT HIM HIS CHECK THATS OWED TO HIM

Tell us why hereAFTER INVESTIGATING THIS DEAL THERE WERE SOME INTERNAL REBATE ISSUES THAT REQUIRED RESOLUTION THEREFORE FORD INTERNALLY CANCELLED THE 1ST CONTRACT AND RE DONE IT ON THEIR END, WHICH DIDNT REQUIRE ANY SIGNATURES FROM THE CUSTOMERTHE TERMS REMAINED THE SAME AS THE 1ST CONTRACT*

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Even in the responce they acknowledge they listed the vehicle online and advertised it for a lower priceMcCombs ford west just glossed over the real reason that there is a problem with their dishonest sales practiceI spoke with someone the day before regarding the BMW and set up an appointment to come see itI arrived at McComb Ford West at time designated to see BMWAt no point did any sales person contact me prior to arriving or when I arrived and mention that the advertised price was incorectI can accept mistakes happen and will continue to happenWhat I cannot accept is that I looked over the vehicle, the salesman and I took for test drive, I stated to the saleman my concerns about the BMW and asked what is the negotiable price from the asking advertised online price, and then walked inside and sat at his desk while he worked up the paperNo where up to this point did anyone say it was misadvertisedI beleive they waited until they thought I wanted the vehicle so bad I would cave and basically let them take my trade in for free as their trade in offer was comical at best and totally negatiable by dollars (from to 1000), interesting how a dollars for my trade matched the new increase price of the vehicleThe sales team at McComb Ford West know they were dishonest and should at least own up to it instead of making excusesI still expect something for the one hour and fortyfive minutes of mine you wastedI am not expecting you to sell me the car or give me oneIf you weren't being dishonest this request for my time wouldn't seem too unreasnable because of the total failure of communication listed aboveI wouldn't have bothered to reply to add, would have cancelled my appointment, or said sorry I am not interested in BMW at that price when I first arrived if the sales staff would have informed me before sitting there waiting to see what negotiations could be made to the asking price.Regards,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:I was contacted by dealer, Im sorry but nothing that was said to me would show that the customer service would change and no option as to the damage done to my garage floor from the oil that leaked after I had the oil changed.

information in May 2017 and [redacted] called me to advise me that they do not handle that ( here we are in September) Ive called and been to Ford 3 times and no one could tell me this till now?  Not only that [redacted] was rude during our conversation. When I asked " who do I call?" He said the finance company customer service ... who did Ford forward the information to? Specific Department  ... I feel thar Ford dropped the ball and now are washing thier hands.

WE HAVE WORKED ON THE UNIT TO INSURE HER SATISFACTION, AS LOOKING INTO HER SITUATION HER VEHICLE IN WARRANTED.

AFTER LOOKING AT THE DEAL, WE WERE ABLE TO SECURE A RATE OF 5% FOR MR [redacted] WHICH IS A CLEAR MUCH BETTER RATE THEN WHAT CAPITAL 1 HAD TO OFFER. PER CAPT 1 WE WOULD STILL HAVE TO SUBMIT HIS APP FOR APPROVAL ALTHOUGH HIS LETTER STATED HE WAS PRE APPROVED.
