I am rejecting this response because:McDavid Ford has not called me for all most two years on this complaint.  This company never made an attempt to settle my complaint.  They stopped responding the last time they were contacted.The complaint stands the same way it has when I tried to settle with McDavid Ford back in early 2016. McDavid Ford admitted to over spraying my truck ([redacted], service consultant). The company made available to me the repair estimate to paint the truck ([redacted], McDavid Ford Collision Center).   I still have a copy of the repair estimate I was given by McDavid Ford.I am looking at the estimate as prepared by [redacted] and it totals out to be $7,342.41 to get my truck painted.  This is the dollar amount it will take to get my truck repaired to get it to look the way it was before McDavid Ford damaged it.  This is the dollar amount I am asking for to settle this complaint. [redacted]

Upon reviewing Mr. [redacted]s complaint we have once again come to the conclusion that we were not at fault.  The dealership was in fact not painted on the day in question.  We would however be willing to reach some agreement based on any inconveniences Mr. [redacted] has endured throughout this process.  At one point he asked for a $600 settlement.  We also felt that this was an unreasonable request.  We would like to offer bringing his truck back in and let us relook at the vehicle and see if we can  help repair the issue.[redacted]General Sales ManagerDavid McDavid Ford Fort Worth[redacted]

I have left a detailed voicemail for the customer regarding the cancellation .The process is being addressed and Mr [redacted]s lean holder will have a cheque dispatched to them by Friday of next week.

Having discussed the issue with the Finance Director he apologizes for the inconvenience but the deal has been funded.Ms [redacted] has the option of refinancing with a different lender at anytime.Many apologies. There was no malicious intent.Tell us why here...

Having discussed this issue with my GSM, this vehicle was purchased back from the customer.We were under the impression that this issue was resolved.

Mr. [redacted] truck was towed here because it would not start, no work was performed here at [redacted] Ford.The vehicle had to have been towed off the property and was reportedly found in Mr. [redacted] neighbourhood.We paid for a rental vehicle for a period of time that was agreed upon. Mr. Marshall...

made an insurance claim  which he has since been reimbursed for. We feel that this matter is closed.    Tell us why here...

Mr [redacted] had the opportunity to purchase extended warranty while in finance during the purchasing process. Which he declined.When buying an aged vehicle with in excess of 124,000 miles we would certainly recommend this. As problems may occur at anytime.

We got Ms [redacted] the exact same rate as was offered to her by [redacted] ( see attached)We do more business with [redacted] than with any other lender.With regard to the credit hits - when you are purchasing a vehicle the credit reports recognize that.Therefore multiple credit pulls are...

recognized as one transaction. Therefore it is essentially the same as one random credit pull.

Unfortunately back in 2015 there was no individual handling the Revdex.com complaints. I have now take n on this role to improve our overall customer relations.We are quite prepared to open a dialogue and try to find a resolution to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint from 2015.Tell us why here...

I am rejecting this response because:  This just told me what I already knew, that they had gone to [redacted] requesting a call for 72 month financing, then presented it to me a payment at that interest rate for 60 months.  They never requested a call from [redacted] on 60 months which I based all my research on, and when I asked them to resubmit they told me they couldn't, "they would have to start over".I am rejecting this response because:  I handed them my pre-qualification letter and they should never have hit my credit with other lenders, and ALL of the hits are showing and my credit was hit for about 30 points in part because of all the hits.  I want these extra hits removed!!!I am rejecting this response because:  I don't care that they do most of their business with [redacted], I DON'T.  I came in with a pre-qualification letter from my preferred lender, I signed a contract that had my preferred lender on it and was never informed that my loan was going anywhere else until I received a letter from [redacted].  I know they get extra points and make more money on financing, so of course they wanted to go with their preferred lender.  They apparently don't care about their customers wishes.  My wish was to be financed with [redacted], and from my conversation with [redacted] at 60 months (my preferred amount of time to finance) my interest rate would have been below 8% and not the 8.65% they sold me on by their manipulative practice.[redacted] was never even mentioned during my time in the finance office, there was never another lending mentioned, so they failed to disclose that I was shopped, even though I brought in my preferred lender prequalification.PLEASE REMOVE THE UNNECESSARY HITS ON MY CREDIT.
