We were at store number *** in Southaven Ms
The people working there did everything wrong because they were busy playing with each otherWe were in there minutesThey put cheese on the hamburgers, the sundae was melted, the fries were cold and nobody caredThey forgot the sauce for the cold chicken nuggetsWe spent $and most was inedibleI'll never return

I went to McDonald's today paid with a old $the cashier said hold on and took it in the back to the manager she came back telling me it's fake I got it from the bank when I had cashed my check earlier that day I told her it's straight from the bank it's not fake, she said I have to give this to the police it's fake she left I told the cashier she needs to bring that $back I want to see how it's fakeShe came back showing the marker marks she made saying it's brown I told her to mark a different $I had I said it's the same *** color even a different worker laughed at her she felt stupidshe said no the old $has a little brown in it so it's fake she said go ahead and keep it take it back and see if the can give u a different oneI went to the bank this morning to confirm its real and they assured me I was correctMcDonald's workers aren't trained well enough and she probably never saw an old before or she would know the difference

I ordered my food and waited minutes in the drive thru for only quarter pounders by the time they got to me they were cold and whenever I went to eat finally the cheese was just thrown on there it wasn't even centered half of it was hanging off the burger

I went through the drive thru at McDonald's store # on Rockford st (601) January 18th at 10:Pulled to park and eat and my fries where cold and hard my kids burgers had cheese on them that was ice coldI went back through the drive thru and told the girl on the mic that my cheese was not melted on my burgers and was coldShe said pull around and we will fix them I guess and started laughingI pulled up to the second drive thru window and there was her and another guy laughing and talking about meThe guy opened the window and I looked at her and ask her why did she think it was funny cause my cheese is not meltedShe said we don't melt the cheese on burgersI ask the guy was he the manager and he said yesI said well she had no right to laugh at me I don't work here and I don't know y'all's policy and he said yes I was right she should not laughed at meFinally got my burgers replaced after being made fun of

While riding my newborn around for him to fall back asleep, I stopped at McDonald's on NY AveFirst, I waited at the speaker for about minutesWhen no one attempted to take my orderI pulled around to the windowThe young lady at the window immediately asked me if I stopped at the speakerI told her I did, but no one attempted to take my orderShe turned to a gentleman and told him that I stated I stopped at the speakerHe then said, "No she didn't! I've had the headset on the entire time!" She looked and saw there was a car behind me then stated, "Ah nahYou have to go back around..." This incident happened at approximately 3:04am on 09/28/When I first pulled up there was a taxi cab ordering at the speakerNo on ever came to the speakerThen when I pull forward because I assume the speaker is inoperable, I am told I have to go back to the speakerThe car that happened to pull up behind had not ordered eitherThese two individuals were completely unprofessional and lack customer service skills

Today, Tuesday, October 18, 2016, I went to McDonald's on *** *** in Bethlehem, ***, to buy my daughter an ice cream coneUpon entering, I (and the family walking in behind me) immediately smelled what we both believed to be a gas leakWhen the mother of that family mentioned to the cashier that it was something that should be looked into, I agreedThe cashier then stated it was already brought to the attention of a manager, who was choosing to look (or smell) past it, despite complaints from employees about their eyes burningI understood why the employees accepted non-action as a response to their very serious concerns, but I was a customer who was not relying on a paycheck from McDonald's, so I called the customer service line and filed a complaintI did so outside of the restaurant, where many families, along with employees who were on break or about to begin their shift, sat in an effort to avoid the strong odor indoorsThen, a fire truck pulled upNaturally, I assumed the manager finally decided to take the lives of her employees and customers seriously, but I realized I was very wrong when I received a voicemail (which I'd be happy to share with anyone who's interested) from Robert ***, the owner of said McDonald's and "many others." He accused me of costing him thousands by "overreacting and calling the fire department." He also said "the managers had it under control," when in fact they did not know what was causing the smell, as I was standing at the register when one of the managers said so(It was a firefighter who confirmed the source.) Now, I did not call the fire department, but the fact that someone did means there were others who were as concerned as I was, if not more so, and the saddest thing about this entire ordeal is that Robert *** is ultimately angry that people cared about the welfare of his employees before they did his profitI am beyond disgusted by how poorly that situation was handled and the voicemail I received from an enraged and patronizing Robert ***, and I hope that McDonald's Corporate trains all franchise owners, current and future, customer service skills and, especially, to take such matters more seriously

Got in line (not a long line) at this afternoon, didn't even pay until First, they charged me for the wrong order, said they refunded it and then charged for my orderThe whole time the manager and man working were arguing back and forth about it right in front of meThen when I get up to get my food at 233, my drink was a medium when I paid for a largeWhen I asked them to fix it was asked to pull forward to wait on a drinkWhen I refused to pull forward, explaining the trouble I had already had and being there for 20+ minutes I was told that their machine was filled with other drinks so I had no choice to pull forwardI don't know why I continue to eat there because I ALWAYS have issues but this iced the cakeI will NEVER give McDonalds another penny of my money

My name is Jay I visited your McDonald location located on *** *** *** Hwy, Woodbridge, VA You guys advertise that that particular location is hrs, which when I visited on January 3rd at 1:am everything was downI mean I understand you have to restart your system and all, but if you are taking cash from customers you should offer a receiptThat was one thing I was told at the order screen that they were only taking cash do to their system being down, which I said okayThen when I got to the window the employee named Eric said they can't print out receipts and they are hand writing them, which I never heard of everThen I said okay I will take a hand written receipt, and when I said that he said okay you have to wait minsAfter mins of waiting no one came out to the wait area to tell me whats going on so I drove back around the drive-thruSo when I pulled up to the window I asked Eric it's been mins now and I need a receipt and then he gave a deep sigh like I asked for a million dollars, I mean I was asking to receive payment confirmation for my order, which apparently was a big issue for himThe manager whose name was Jenny I believe came out after I asked to see her times finally and when I told her what Eric said to me she said nothing in return and just kind of shrugged her shoulders and I told her I am not leaving until I get a receipt, which then all of a sudden she was able to retrieve in a matter of seconds when I refused to move againThis was the biggest inconvenience some one can experience especially at around am in the morningMy thing is that if you claim yourself to be hrs, why are more than half your services not hrs and the most important thing is that how can you guys refuse to give customers receipts for their ordersReally disappointed and will post on every social media page for everyone to see

I just called our local store in *** *** MIStore ***I spoke to Alicia, a manager to explain that my mom of and daughter of years old BOTH got violently ill last night after eating at this locationI chose Not to eat, thank goodness, but they both ordered mealsA Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder with cheese, large fries and drinksWithin hours both started vomiting/nausea, all night longMy daughter missing first day back to school, and me work to watch over both of themI am worried especially about dehydration with my momI don't feel Alicia really was all that concernedI then called corporate offices and spoke to a Rebecca who appeared much more willing to help meI am hoping to hear back from someone on this so I know if this was an isolated incident or widespread, etc

they damaged a part of our property and said it wasnt our faultthey have a real attitude of being non friendly

What it was supposed to be a good experience at McDonalds ended up being a nightmareI am regular McDonalds customer because I prefer their coffee among other coffee places and I felt excited about using their app thinking it would be a good ideaI intentionally went into the store instead of using the drive thru as I didnt want to experience misunderstandings in regards to my orderThe application said: "get a medium mccafe with a purchase." Then I proceed to order and the employee understand correctly what my order was but she had to call for assistant as she couldnt enter the promotional code even when I had already "scanned" it at their little store deviceAnother employee came over but she insisted I had to make a purchase in order to get a free coffeeI told her again Im buying a coffee (this was clearly my purchase) to receive what the application advertises: a FREE MEDIUM MCCAFE with a pucharchaseAs this employee seemed confused as well, the manager in charge, Helen *** approached as she seemed eager to approach since the begining of my visitShe literally yelled at me, right after the previous employee was rude at me as well, stating I had to buy something in order to receive the McCafeI tolder her again "Im buying something, in order to get the free coffee" She asked once again what my order was (after telling them for the third time) I told her Im buying a large iced coffeeShe insisted in a very bad attitude, that things do not work like that because Im supposed to buy somethingI am a masters degree student and I teach at a language schoolI am familiar with the hospitality industry as I obtained a bachelor degree in Tourism Management and obviously I fully understand the word PURCHASEShe insisted once again I need to buy something because "it doesnt work like that" she said "you need to buy at least one mustard which costs cents in order to get your medium pumpkin coffee."
I was amazed on how unprofessional this person besides being unliterare as she wasnt aware that any single purchase will get me the free Mc CoffeeHowever at that point I understood too that employees are not even trained on how to use the applicationIt was so embarrasing that this person started yelling at me in front of other customers and her subortinates as well but even worst in front of my brother who worked as an Assitant manager at *** *** (country wide store and restaurant) and that now works at *** (worldwide restaurant) at the same position He had to stood up for me because this manager couldnt understand a simple thing and she wouldnt let me explain as well because she was interruptingIf you check on your cameras on that day, you will see watch him in the back waiting for me until they started yelling at me he decided to approach just as the rest of the employees in that locationAt the end, without any sort of apologyShe just limited herself to say "it was lack of communication" and proceeded to prepare the coffees but in a very unprofessional way and outloud she started telling her subordinares that we do not know how to order and that it was our faultTherefore, which at the end seemed very simple: get one mc coffee with ANY purchase ! Ended up being the Worst experience at McDonalds just by using the application and paying for a $that ruined my day and ended up costing me more than expectedIm definitely sueing this location for rude customer service from your manager Helen** *** and her subordinatesBecause if you have someone like her as a manager, obviously you can expect LOW SALESIt is indeed such a shame that location is very convenient for the highway travelers

I bought an artisan grilled chicken sandwich from the latonia , ky location on *** avenue and there was no chicken on my sandwich A lazy employee must have done this because I had four kids with me and the food was to go Thanks a lot

As a further update regarding this matter, we have been informed today by the restaurant representative that three free meal cards have been sent to the consumer by Certified Mail in an attempt to resolve his complaint. The address they were sent to is the address provided by the consumer in his original complaint: *** *** *** Road, *** *** *** ***. With regard to the supervisor's attempts to reach the consumer by phone, please ask Mr*** to confirm his telephone number so we can make sure the restaurant has been using the correct numberThank you

Satisfied with the work performed at a reasonable rate
First visit - gentleman came, cleaned the carpets, carpets were not completely clean after the process finished Was willing to return at next possible opportunity - no charge - with scrub brush to do a deep clean on the carpet in a few spots
Second visit - same gentleman came and performed a deep scrub clean on the living room carpet I feel that due to a possible slight lack of experience - or such things do just happen, understandably - the carpets got really wet due to the scrubbing and some water was retained in the base of the carpeting He came on a Friday and by Sunday afternoon the house was literally smelling like wet dog garbage
Third visit - Company owner came, again no charge, deodorized/sanitized the carpet again and left us with an industrial fan to dry the room This should have been done on visit 2, but alas
Regardless of the fact that it took visits, I am still completely satisfied due to this company's A) friendliness and level of respect, B) timeliness - always exactly when quoted, and C) price level
Had I paid the amount I would pay a nationwide, franchise-based carpet cleaning company to clean my carpets, I would have been a little more up in arms
