Every time I go to the McDonalds at *** * *** Dr in Denton, Tx, I am treated extremely badI order a sausage biscuit with egg meal, and every time I do not get what I wantTwice I have been told that they don't serve biscuits at this time of day and twice I've been told that they will give me my biscuit but not my hash brownI should not have to drive clean across town from my home to get what I wantAny other McDonalds will make my biscuit and give me my hash brown no problemThey are supposed to serve breakfastI am tired of the bad service

McDonald's in Lake Worth, TXNew hire forgot my sauces, my soda that I paid for, and slammed the window in my faceThinking that she was done with my orderMy boyfriend was a few cars behind me cause we just ended a date and they were just as rude to himThey talked behind his back in earshot lengthHe told them that I had already gotten home before he hadied even gotten his foodThe manager goes up to him and says "Oh sorry." And then tells the new hire what he said to her in a rude mannerI am so passed right now

Absolutely inept! After sitting at the intercom for minutes last night I had to drive to the window to place my orderNo apologies where offered for the horrible experienceNo restitution offered by the managementThen the next morning they get the order wrong times! And people wonder why no one want to raise minimum wageWhy would you be paid more for not being able to do the BASIC jobThe *** road location in Garland TX has consistently been a horrible experience

I've been going to Mcdonalds *** * *** ***, Tucson, AZ for many years and the past occasions have been the worst by farI understand placing a large order will have a waiting time however asking me to call it in ahead of time like if it's a five star restaurant is ridiculousI, like everyother customer should be allowed to order and wait the appropriate amount of time for my orderAfter all, it's is a fast food restaurant and if they can't do hot and spicy's then I don't know what it is they do all day, if it isnt flipping pattiesMcDonald's promises fast food however it seems like this location doesn't know how to keep their promises
