The McDonald's on *** lane in *** Maryland on 11/29/at 10:the doors were lockedThey close at pm But all of a sudden this specific night crew decided amongst their selves to close earlyNow if I didn't walk up there I wouldn't have known But I didSo I had to walk home to get my car and when I got to the drive thru and asked why the door was locked A gentlemen who wouldn't get the manager for me said in a rude tone that the doors close at pm which I know is a lieAs I ask for a manger he repeated very rudely "doors close at 10" when it clearly states 11pm on the doorI didn't even want to eat McDonald's after that and went to *** ***

This is about the Location at *** *** *** *** in Orlando Florida I go there because this store is walking distance from my houseIn almost years of going to McDonalds this location is the Worse run McDonalds of any location in the US as far as I know and in other countriesI have been in McDonalds in all most every state and three other Countries and the one at *** * *** *** is the worse one The reason is, because the owner never fixes the problems The customer service people don't know how to treat customers because they never learn from a professional trainer how to treat customers like they would like to be treated or the way a person would like their mothers treated the problem is the customer service people at this location treat people like the customers were all street *** junkies This terrible treatment comes even from the managers who also know nothing about customer service, maybe that is why some wont wear their name tagsI spent a quarter of my life providing excellent customer service from a company that prides itself on excellent customer serviceThere is no point in describing the most recent incident because the owner fails to correct the problem, and I know because I keep complaining about the same problemsThe owner needs to fix the problems not just listen to them and then ignore them

my complaint has to do with the lack of proper training and the fact that they do nothing to correct their employees lack of work ethic and proper making of the food not only are they completely lazy but they seem to be incapable of making an order correctly regardless of the volume of customers or difficulty of the order the location on *** ** in spring hill fl literally prepares your order wrong every single time let me repeat that "EVERY SINGLE TIME" no matter how many times I contact the district/regional manager they do nothing about the issue except try and throw coupons at the people that contact them with issues about their employees and locations lack of ability in food preparations and their complete ignorance and laziness ive contacted them on more occasions than I can even keep track of at this point about my order being wrong about their employees lack of manners and respect their employees laziness and unwillingness to do their job as they are required to and as the customers asks heres some examples of the issues ive had on more than occasions ive had to drive all the way back to the store to have my order corrected or food that was missing given to me tonight I ordered a grand mac a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich mcdouble and two large fries ive learned I need to check my entire order before leaving as to try and save myself a second trip back to the store but as tonight has clearly proven I literally have disassemble each and every item to verify its properly made and correct the grand mac was missing a beef patty the fries were old cold and soggy and only partially filled up so I paid dollars for a sandwich that required me to have to drive back to the store to have it made correctly so now instead of it being the dollars it cost me twice as much because of the cost of travel for fuel and I paid dollars per large fry that are cold old and soggy and filled up with the same amount as medium because theyre too lazy to drop more fries to give someone not only the proper amount but fresh food they should be receiving especially for the price and this has happened as ive said on more occasions than one can even keep track of at this point now on to the employees behaviors the manager is polite and kind but his employees are trash and should be fired since when you ask for a receipt at the window they pay at which is the window theyre suppose to give you the receipt they either say the machine is out of paper because apparently they cant replace the printer with a fresh roll of receipt paper they say you get it at the next window and give you a nasty attitude because you ask for receipt and have absolutely no manners or respect and as ive said this is every occasion this happens and every time I contact the regional/district manager they never give you a return call and the return email is automated and all they do is offer you a couple of vouchers for a free sandwich instead of disciplining their employees and emphasizing the importance that they make the food properly and give people their correct orders so that it doesnt happen continuously not to mention when I use the vouchers guess what that order is also made incorrect or missing items just as the time before which is why you were given the voucher to begin with shocking I know youd think you were asking these people to perform open heart surgery and not making a burger it isnt that difficult to make a sandwich correctly the first ive worked in fast food and ive never had an issue with making something wrong or forgetting to give a customer the items theyve paid for and every time I contact the district/regional manager I emphasize the fact that I do not want a voucher I want him/her to do their job as a district/regional manager in making sure their employees are trained properly and doing their job as they were trained and using manners and being courteous to the customers ive met children who are years old with better manners respect and social etiquette and mcdonalds employees behave as if their savages who havent been rasied properly id say as if they were raised by wolves but ive seen wild animals that have better manners than these people who mind you are adults ranging from there early or mid twenties to early to mid thirties I dont understand how this person has become a regional/district manager when theyre worse at managing and supervising than the manager who are stuck with staff that shouldnt be there in the first place why is it that instead of disciplining these people you just send vouchers for sandwiches as if getting more improperly made food and missing items for free which actually isnt free if you factor in the fuel costs from multiple trips back and forth for tge remakes and missing items is somehow going fix the issue just because you give someone vouchers or comp the meal doesnt fix the root of the problems your employees which you do not train nor discipline for their lack of manners respect and work ethic to do their job correctly these people are receiving paychecks for what showing and doing absolutely nothing correct or by mcdonalds spec what is it the no child left behind mentality the everyone gets an award for participation mentality that you allows these invalids to keep their jobs whats even more peculiar that every time ive applied and been denied employment and I ask the manager as to why im not receiving an opportunity of employment their response is that im over qualified and offering me employment wouldnt be fair to those with lower levels of intelligence and abilities thats odd because apparently the employees you have arent qualified to make a bowl of cereal let alone be around the type of equipment thats found in the kitchen of mcdonalds whats even more funny is these people want dollars per hour yet cant make a big mac correctly or fill a large fry container properly do I a customer have to show your employees how to do their jobs since you the district/regional manager doesnt seem to be concerned with their employees lack of respect manners and ability to make a simple burger these problems have been consistent with mcdonalds especially this area for years and I mean this literally not figuratively I can say with confidence that these issues have been occurring for over years consecutively and still no manager has done anything to correct it still the same employees making the same mistakes that has caused you to have a 96% negative review its pretty pathetic that in order to save ones self multiple trips back and forth they need to deconstruct their entire meal before leaving the parking lot to verify their order is made properly and not missing items theyve been charged for I nean they cant change a receipt paper roll and will openly refuse to change it because of pure laziness I was forced to select on the recommendation to friend family neighbor or colleague because if I had the option to be honest I wouldnt recommend to anyone if anything I would recommend the corporation be closed indefinitely due to the poor upper management I truly feel bad for the store/shift managers that ive dealt with who have to work with these simpletons and ignorant lazy people I can only imagine the slack they have to pick up with a crew full of lazy ignorant disrespectful manner-less poor excuse for human beings

I went to McDonalds on Nov 1, and they messed up my burger TWO TIMES, my fries were cold, they had no med size cup lids so was giving everybody smaller clear cups
They were rude and not at all sorry for their sorry service

Through the drive thru, I ordered a number sixThe Grilled Artisan Chicken sandwichNo tomato and no vinaigrette sauce but add mayo, with a side order of a large fry and Sprite to drinkWhen I pulled to the pick up window, gentleman greeted me with drink in hand, and shortly after gave me my orderCorrect number and size of fries were there, and the correct sandwich box was visible with receipt on top.Once I got home, my sandwich was breaded chicken, and my fries were hard and warm to touch

Hi,this is Ronald *** me and my sister were in eating dinner this evening and when she order so food to go and they got her order wrong and my sister was treated very rude by the manger on duty she wasent even friendly at all when my sister ask her why they were not super size and she come off rude the why she had ro ask for them at the time you order then she just walk away shaking her head because she seems didn't even care is this the way Macdonald treat customers I work in retail am I suppose to treat my customer this why they pay myou paycheck may she need to go back to leadership school we were at I think she meet to be a little better at customer service I will not go back to that Macdonaldsite and be sure to tell my friends from work what kind of service you get there

PLEASE SHARE: (Update: 9/30/16- We have now talked to the corporate 1-number folks times, its been days and still no call backWe do have a case #***, if you call, please refer to this number) My year old father went to the McDonald's across from Pleasant *** *** *** in Chico California this past Friday (9/23/2016)He brought in his own cup so he was not wasting a cup which he has done for years He paid the employee at the counter $for a soda and walked over to the machine to start filling his cup A man in all black walked over to him and said, “You need to pay for that “my father said “Oh, I paid for this, I am just re-using a cup so I’m not wasting a cup”, the man said to him again, “you need to pay for that, let me see your receipt.” My Dad said to the man, “You are not trying to accuse me of stealing this are you?” The man then said to my father, “Shut the f* up” The employee that took my father’s money verified that he had paid for the drink My Dad told the man that his employee had just verified that he had in fact paid for the drink and my Dad was once again told to “shut the f* up” My Dad asked for his money back and said that he would leave he again was told to “shut the f* up” again and a few more times after that My Dad asked to speak to the manager and he was told by the man in all black that he was the owner so there would be no talking to anyone higher then him The owners name is Mark *** and when my father asked for the corporate number Mr*** refused to give it to him So he went home and with the help of my step-mom, they were able to find a local corporate number As they told their story, they were hung up on We now know that Mr*** owns all of the local McDonalds so that corporate number he called was the one for his stores(Update: he owns most of, if not all of the *** county McDonalds)

On 10-26-@ 7:27am, I visited a McDonald's in Chesapeake, VA The service from the cashier was exceptional, however that is the only good thing I can say about this visitI ordered hash brown and a steak with only onions ( meat only without bread)I arrive at work and prepare to eat BUT when I see the product (steak) that I was served and expected to eat to say I was upset is an understatementI return to said establishment and asked to speak to a managerThe young man that I encountered was not only lacking concern for my complaint but acted as though I was wasting his timeThe steak was soooooooooooooo dried up and hard, yes I did ask him would he eat itI overheard the young lady fixing orders (which means she should've known not to send it out) say to the manager I told him that it was overdoneTo say that I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THAT STORE IS a sure thingI WILL ALSO LET EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO VISIT THAT ESTABLISHMENT!!!! Oh yeah the manager did ask me ( mind you AFTER I had to waste gas and was late for work having to return for ill services) would I like a DRINK for the inconvenience.....REALLY SIR!!!!! I have been a customer of the Mc Donald's restaurant in ***, Ohio for my entire life(and I am now 60) My brother worked at this restaurant when it originally opened, I worked there for years I allow myself a treat once a month of the steak bagel meal, but as of today, I will not be going backI request my sandwich with no egg, and just a LITTLE extra sauce and every time I have to either bring it back or spend five minutes at home cleaning all the extra sauce off I am just looking for a teaspoon of extra sauce The last time I ordered I scraped almost two tablespoons of extra sauce off this sandwich This means that it has been completely slathered in a ridiculous amount of extra sauce When a person says just a little, maybe a teaspoon, why do your employees feel it necessary to make the sandwich unedible? They put so much extra sauce that it is oozed out all over the wrapper, all over the bagel's outside, the meat slides all over the place when you eat it If I don't order extra sauce I get what I got this morning.....less than a teaspoon of sauce on the sandwich and it is only on half of the bun Without the sauce, the sandwich is very dry and very difficult to eatThis morning I tried another route I asked for a teaspoon of sauce in a little container of some sort Of course, they will not charge me if I ask for extra sauce at the speaker, but then the sandwich is slathered If I wait till I get to the window, it's cents because of the cup If I come inside(the convenience of going through the drive thru is taken away, which is always fun in the winter time, or rain, or high winds), and ask for a little extra sauce, no problem But this morning I got frustrated when I had to ask for a carrier for three drink items(no brainer!) and then asked for a teaspoon of sauce and the girl at the window and the manager both tell me cents I can't give them my sandwich back because it's already been out the window and if I ask for extra sauce we'll be back to square one I will admit, I got angry and drove awayI guess that Mc Donald's has gotten away from respecting the customers wishes of doing it right THE FIRST TIME I believe that the customer is only important in the fact that they give you their hard earned money and once you get it, who cares what happens It is possible, as a HUGE business to respect the customer and do what they ask the first time, correctly, so that they don't feel like they have been sucker punched This restaurant is two blocks away from my home It is convenient, you have a sandwich that I like, that I treat myself to once a month Why is it that they can't do things right? I guess that unlike *** ***, which is just a couple hundred feel from your store, you don't care if we have it our way, because you can't get it done right the first time

2*** * *** ** plymouth mcdonalds had no heat and employees I talked to hAve said it's been out for a month and management is not going to fix.it was below freezing out with employees dressed in winter coats

The location on Emerson st..jacksonville ***my fiance ordered a mcgriddle at 430am and was given buns with nothing on it..He got home..called manager of store and she very rude ..I think any person handling consumers food should have better people skills and descalate the situation..I use to like mcdonalds but after my experiance ..Im done with this company

been into service very poor started in drive thru had to go inside to try an get my order taken walked in on workers talking about oral sex so I asked for the corporate number and it went from there the manager short dark skin girl with glass was rude one of the workers crystal started being very rude light skin guys in the back talking bout they going to beat my *** ms crystal goes and get her taser the girl from the back drive thru comes running to the front the order guy with glasses comes from the back like he wanted to fight I manager couldn't get control of the workers I have never been into a place like this the light skin young man worker with the pony tail calling me all types of gay gestures I asked the manager to call the police she refused I will never visit this place again and I will fill a complaint with the Revdex.com I'm in shock at the way I was treated and this all took place in front of my 6yr old nephew

I went to McDonald's at *** * *** ** *n Olathe, KansasThis is not the first time in months that my experience was horrible They serve you food that has been sitting all dayThe orders are never correct and the food is horrible and coldThis McDonald's is going down hill and they behave like they don't care Someone really needs to look into this I took pictures of my food that I received Went to another McDonald's less than miles away and oh my gosh the difference in pictures when you are actually served food that has not been sitting all day and is actually fresh
