I am rejecting this response because: I already sent Anthem my
response late August after I received their response Anthem voluntarily applied my overpaid premium of May to a policy that I have never requested or authorized since the group plan was already terminated on May Anthem even applied the overpaid premium of May from my coworker to my terminated policy! Whether I have my other health coverage or not is not Anthem's responsibility or interest I have active health insurance right now with my husband's policy but I reserve the right to provide the proof to Anthem If Anthem still refused to resolve the issue as requested., I had no choice but bring them to the small claim court
