I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  
Maybe my email was too long and misinterpreted. I fully understand and am aware that there is a cost associated with getting out of a lease early. However, when we’re contacted by the dealership not once but twice with a message saying “hey we want to get you into something else and the early termination penalty will be very minimum or hey we want your current vehicle for our used inventory and willing to give you 120% of its trade-in value” and then you’re told something completely opposite when you arrive at the dealership…. Its kind of hard not to be pissed off. No?Answer me these questions….. This was all in the email and you failed to touch upon any of this in your response. Who’s decision was it to change the mileage agreement on our current leased vehicle from the agreed upon 12K to 10K? Shame on us for not double checking the paperwork but next question will explain why we were not able to. Why would your finance manager not thoroughly review/explain all the details of the paperwork being signed? Especially knowing this was our first time leasing a vehicle. I understand it was past closing hours and everyone wanted to go home but if there wasn’t enough time why not just push it off to the next business day? Who’s decision was it to add .99 cents to the monthly payment agreed upon? And why would it have been added without our consent? The sales associate we mentioned to this last time we’re at the dealership knew exactly what we were talking about and avoided discussing the topic. Why post a sales price on your website and then when a customer shows up, you tell them they don’t qualify for that sales prices because they don’t qualify for all the bonus incentives?  If McGee would like stick to their word and resolve this, here’s my proposal. I’m not going down to the dealership and wasting any more of my time. You can reach me by email to discuss. I would prefer everything be in writing. You have my email. Honor the 120% of trade-in value for our current vehicle like you advertised. Honor the McGee sales price online. New Traverse vehicles just hit your lot/website with an advertised $32K sale price for a cloth LT1. Confirm that GM financial is willing to provide us with a 2.24% interest rate or lower if financed. (That’s the rate we can get at our bank)  If McGee honors this proposal to it’s fullest, I will go on record to this Revdex.com complaint that McGee made it right.

I have just reviewed the dealerships response to my complaint this has nothing to do with friendship this has to do with my credit score I have worked these kinds of deals for several years now and what the dealer did is wrong I am 1st om the loan me [redacted] is second please asked to see the paperwk and the vehicle is owned by Ms [redacted] I although being the 1st person on the loan have no rights to the vehicle who's ever is first on the loan is the person who the vehicle should be titled registers and insd too I am not this person nice try with the friendship comment if there was a fallen out it's because of what the dealer did is wrong I am 1st on a vehicle I have no rights too I was never asked to make a decision in fact just the opposite insisted that loan , vehicle , registration , insurance all in her name thank you  Regards,

Dear Mr [redacted]- McGee Chevy absolutely cares about our customers. It is my understanding you did not purchase from us and have never serviced with us other than a recall last August. Although, your safety is very important to us other than performing the recall I don't no what else we can do? Unless...

you are suggesting the recall was not performed correctly? Please let me know.

The dealership has made no offer to correct their deliberate mistake and are attempting to deal with this ongoing...

issue outside of the Revdex.com to undermine the complaint that I the customer have brought fourth through this agency. I do not want any further excuses from McGee Chevrolet, I want was promised to me, plain and simple.

I am sorry that this customer feels the way that he does about our dealership. Unfortunately, when anyone tries to get out of a lease early it puts them in a negative equity position. This does not mean that the deal they got was a bad deal !!! Weather we made money or lost money on the deal is...

irrelevant as to the customers residual buyout. If you put money down or discount the vehicle the residual buyout NEVER changes. We would always ask the customer to come in so that we can look at there trade in, the value and see what we can do to make a deal. Unfortunately it does not always work out. I personally had my wife get out of her Tahoe lease early due to the fact that she went way over the mileage. It cost me $6800 to get out early and into a new lease. It is nothing personal with this customer. It usually happens to most people if they are trying to get out of a lease early, weather its McGee Chevy or [redacted], ect....
