At this point, there isn't anything that Allied can do.Allied visited Mr***'s home, assessed the concerns and
created a punch list to address the concernsPrior to Allied being able to address the concerns, Mr*** hired a different company to redo the entire projectThus, the items that were to be addressed on the punch list are no longer able to be addressed.Allied isn't perfect, but we certainly strive to make things right if there's something that doesn't meet the customer's satisfactionIn this case, a separate company was used, so we aren't able to correct anything that perhaps fell short of expectations

Revdex.comThe *** rep came to my house a week agoAndrea of Allied emailed to let me know installer would contact me to schedule installation of replacement partsI have not heard from the installer
Job completion is still pending. *** ***
No I do not accept that company's offer to send a rep out as I already repainted half the house and fixed and paid for (myself) a majority of the issues. Sending a rep out does me little good because I have been working to complete the project because Allied refused to do so

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint If Allied created a punch list to address my concerns they never shared it with meI have no email, phone message or letter identifying any remedial action that Allied agreed to do to correct the poor installationIn fact, I scheduled two appointments with their field rep Leonard and he broke both appointments with no notice before the scheduled meeting and no follor attempt to reschedule the meeting after he failed to show for both appointmentsI waited several weeks for some correspondence from Allied to address my concerns and for them to correct the poor quality of their initial workI finally decided that I had no choice but to use another contractor to repair and replace Allied's work and continue the siding replacement on other areas around my houseI have not asked for a complete refund, I asked only that Allied repay me for the corrective action they refused to identify, schedule or completeI am attaching two pictures showing the poor quality of Allied's installation - Allied's crew should have never been allowed to leave the job site with this lack of quality installationAllied does not deserve a positive rating from the Revdex.com

I spoke to *** Thursday afternoon We agreed to an action plan which we immediately undertook Before close of business Thursday we authroized the order of replacement parts and engaged the manufacturer representative Our local Production Coordinator sent an Email with this
update Despite IMMEDIATE action, we received a complaint The manufacturer rep will visit Monday and agree to corrections to be made - as well as confirming the replacement parts list.I committed to make all corrections and we will do so I'm not sure why *** filed a complaint less than hours after we agreed to a plan.....
On Friday, February 24, 2017, Tony with Allied dropped off of his men to work on our house, they did some work on our house and supposedly placed joint flashing behind the butt jointsI still do not trust the integrity of them doing this, I would think by them hammering and forcing the flashing under siding would tear the *** *** vapor barrier, since it is only plasticTony came by on Saturday, February 25th, to inform us that it was too windy and they could not work on our house, but that they would be back the next day, Sunday, February 26thAs of today, Monday, March 6, 2017, we have not heard or seen anyone from Allied since Saturday, February 25th
You have not paid in full Tracy will be in touch to determine a final punch list and come to an agreement on the roof.Had the installed re-settled the shingles as he worked this would not be an issue That was our point - we replace drip edge on homes per month and never replace the
shingles all around the home The remedy is to reset the existing shingles which is what we intended to do - only after the fact.

The vinyl on the window in question was fixed at the home last Friday. Everything on the agreed upon punch list has been completedPayment is now due for the project and needs to be addressed today. The project has been completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and best practicesWe are happy to have a manufacturer's representative review the project and professional installationHowever, arranging that review does not warrant any further delay in the payment for the projectThat must be handled todayThank you
*** called me Thursday - I returned her call the same day Our installer called her Friday We are working on this.We did not supply the window in question Indeed we asked *** to communicate with the window company as they may have accidental glass breakage coverage
Its unlikely our warranty will cover this The crack is on the inside pane of glass Unless we were negligent (ladder through the window) we are not responsible for ancillary damage that can occur from our work - most common are nail head pops in the inside drywall The report card the customer supplied scored the crew (out of 10) and noted "excellent work" I can assume there were not instances of negligent behavior based on this rating. We communicated Thursday and Friday Today is Monday At this point, we will stop looking into the matter further
