We have resolved the issue with Mr [redacted] , however, we have had many conversations with him where he accuses different people each time of promising differing items to him The Cargo Mat that was not originally promised to him was ordered for him and will be in within the next couple days (He called in and spoke to MrR [redacted] ) I believe my team has located the extra key as well for this unit, but as I looked over the deal and the we -owe not listing anyitems due to the customer, it sounds as if some of these desired items may be after thoughts that the customer assumed came with the purchase If the vehicle has not been detailed we are more than happy to invite him back to the dealership and get his vehicle cleaned and detailed Luke U [redacted] General Sales Manager Meador CJD [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Hello this is [redacted] that is not true when I took them my car I didn't know what was wrong with it .So I asked them can they fix it .The man name was [redacted] I was speaking tohe told me that he will fix it but it was dollars and I said that's a lot of money are you sure I will not have anymore problems .He gave me his word when I came to pick the car up it stop when they were bringing it up front to me .My son [redacted] was with me he drove me to get my carSo I don't know what they did to make it start again but it stoped again that same night I called [redacted] he came to pick it up that Monday and he told his boss that he promised me that the car will be fixed but after I paid his Supervisor wouldn't let him fix unless I pay more money .But [redacted] kelp telling me he was sorry and it's not up to him He also told his Supervisor that it was a motor around and they should fix it I only had my car one day before it did the exact same thing it did before I took it to them .I still have [redacted] number in my phone Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response is all lies First of all the issue with the vehicle was no sound from the radioThe handsfree , Uconnect issue only started after they fixed the radioWe picked up the car at around minutes til six on 10/and the handsfree issue was present then The technician never connected other phones to the system, it just started worked on it's own when my husband pulled on the car lot the next dayWhen my husband lef,t the issue started again He took the car back to the car lot again the next day and the handsfree uconnect system was frozen I called Uconnect myself and was asked to locate specific buttons so the Uconnect agent could figure out which system is installedSince I did not have the car, I called Meador Chrysler several times to get the informationFinally, received a call back at approximately 7:that night***, service manager, begin to tell me we were warned before we paid to fix the no sound issue that this could happen I told him no Chris Caldwell , our service tech NEVER told us this [redacted] then tried to blame the issue on my phone I agained told him no this is not a phone software issue He then told me he will have his tech look at the car again the next day and he would call me back He again never called me I had to continually call him He then told us the price to fix this issue would be [redacted] never mentioned a discount at all I called Uconnect and was told to preform a hard reset on the Uconnect system and this might fix the issue [redacted] and his service team refused to perform the hard reset and tried to charge me a diagnosis fee when I went to pick up my vehicke but I refused to pay them He finally handed my keys over after we waited minutes to talk to him It is really ashame that a large company like Dodge / Chrysler would lie on a response to a Revdex.com complaint just to make it seem like the customer is being unresasonable The serivce tech, Chris Caldwell also told us he would show us the re-wiring he had to do to fix the sound issue and he never did The first repair was done incorrectly which made the Uconnect module go out and now they want to make off us for an issue they caused Regards, [redacted]

Greeting Mr [redacted] her is the requested information per our phone conversation this morning Mr [redacted] had a friend bring his Dodge truck in for A/C system airflow restricted on the upper and lower vents, RO after diagnosing his complaint, we discovered that the A/C defrost mode door actuator was binding and the A/C case housing had to be removed to repair, after removing the A/C housing our tech discovered the A/C evaporator and heater core was leaking and need to be repaired while we had the A/C case housing out of the vehicle, we contacted Mr [redacted] friend with the repair cost in which he told us that he would call us back because Mr [redacted] was out of townThree days laterAfter receiving a call back from Mr [redacted] friend he only requested to repair the A/C Defrost mode door actuator only and he decline to repair the Evaporator/Heater core leakWe asked Mr [redacted] friend is he sure because it would cost him more money to replace the Evaporator/Heater Core, because we would have to do the same repair over again with removing the A/C case housing and he decline to perform the Evaporator/Heater Core repairs so Mr [redacted] friend return with the vehicle on May with the A/C system not working RO [redacted] we installed the Evaporator/Heater Core/Drier and A/C high side line and Evac and recharge his A/C system And we also discounted his labor for this repair perform I have also attached the repair orders for your review on this file if you have any more question please feel free to contact me Thank you [redacted] Service Manager MEADOR DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM Main Line: ###-###-#### Direct Line: ###-###-#### 10’s & Yes’

All four tires were replaced with new tires

On this customer the first visit, 10/12/16, we replaced a burnt fuse for the amp to the radio and had to modify a connecter on the wiring harness to the ampThe customer came back the next day saying that his wife’s phone sound was hard to understand through the Uconnect/Bluetooth featureWe were able to show him that with a few other phones the sound came in clear through the Uconnect/Bluetooth featureThe customer agreed with the Service Advisor & the Technician it must be his wife’s phone that has the problemThe customer came back on 10/stating now that the Uconnect/Bluetooth is not working at allWe diagnosed that the hands free control module has an internally failure and it must be replacedThe customer declined repair and was implying we must have done something to cause thisThe repair that we did cannot possibly cause a problem to this other moduleThey are in two different areas and they are not tied in togetherWe tried to explain this to the customerIn an attempt to make the customer happy at the time we performed the diagnosis at no charge to the customer and offered to do the repair at a discountThe customer then declined that offer alsoIt would not be good business for our dealership to take responsibility on something we know we couldn’t have possibly caused a problem on

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:When I received a call from [redacted] ***, he told me he wanted to make it right and apologized multiple times and stated there was no way to make up for lost time and the past incidents so he wanted me to come in to speak with him and get things fixed he offered to give me a complimentary car detailI left my car for two days while it was being worked on for the shifter issue that multiple employees previously claimed they didn’t witnessI received a call from Vince telling me that the car was ready for pick upI was given a hour window to get up there to return my rental and pick up my vehicleUpon arriving, Vince tried joking about my arriving late and having to hold employees, which I understand they were frustrated that I was late but again, I was given a small window to come by and it wasn’t possible since I work an hour away and live minutes away from the dealership not to mention, I had been inconvenienced multiple times by these same people and now they want to complain for waiting for minutes? When I got my car back, I immediately noticed that there was absolutely no detail clean done at all There was dirt all over my car, which yes it had been raining, but this was built up mud that clearly wasn’t not cleaned since I had done it myself The interior still had dust throughout, dirty mats, and grease from the technicians that wasn’t cleaned upThe ONLY reason I brought my vehicle back to this dealership was because of [redacted] promise to make things rightThey even responded to this Revdex.com complaint stating that it was a $value when it was written up on my Customer invoice as a “courtesy wash for our customers”, NOT a detailHere I am, once again disappointed with the service and the lies I was toldThis dealership is full of untrustworthy people who will say anything to get you in to spend time and money Regards, [redacted]

*** originally did the deal but *** and I have both been involved… I personally spoke to the husband for over minutes, went to his house picked up the Jeep and got the recall done and installed rubber mats*** also spoke to the wife at length and explained that we were doing this just
to make it right and that the Jeep did not come with rubber matsI could go on and on. The plates were mailed to the client in March

Real short 1. She bought a title transfer car 2. It broke 3. Unsuccessfully tried to trade her out4. She is sad now
5. Her broken car is Meador’s fault 6. She filed a complaint because she is a victim

On this customer we performed a SRecall, there was an issue with the software update that was usthe timeFCA did not specify which update was to be used for the recall at that time. *** ***r, FCA Field Tech Specialist, was supposed to come out and flash this vehicle as it was down for
a long timeWhile we were waiting, FCA released software to correct the issueThe customer has picked up the vehicle after this Revdex.com complaintIt was picked up on Friday, 11/5/The customer has been taken care of and is happy nowThis case can be closed
