On 11-03-when Mr*** *** brought his vehicle in for his service repairs after finishing his repairs our tech notice that a few of his lug studs and nuts were damage, after repairing this issues we had one our techs test drive the vehicle to make sure the vehicle did not have any other
issues with the wheels and tires, note that it had rained the day before we performed these repairs on Mr*** vehicle, it was wet and muddy the very next day our tech drove the vehicle through puddle of muddy water, note that his jeep being lifted with big off road tire slung the water and mud all over the vehicle, after getting back to the dealership our tech went straight to our car wash to wash off the vehicle to deliver it back to the customer, the customer was not happy due to some of the mud being still on top of the vehicle, I spoke to the customer and apologizes for the issues and offer a full detail with a full tank of fuel for the problem when it was convenience for him because he could no stay and wait for this service at that time, so I ask Mr*** to contact me when he had time to drop off his vehicle and I will also put him into a rental vehicle so we can perform the full detail service Mr*** agreed, Mr*** contacted me on the & of November and I missed his callsAfter getting his message late on the 11-08-2017, I called Mr*** on 11-09-at 8:am and set his appointment for his detail service, tank of fuel and his rental vehicle for the 11-16-after all services we performed Mr*** had no other issues If you have any question please contact me Thank you *** *** Service Manager MEADOR DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM Main Line: ###-###-#### Direct Line: ###-###-#### 10’s & Yes’

We had him come back in and we found the noise and repaired it, and we also ordered a door panelIt has come inwe detailed the vehicle at no charge, which is a $valueThe oil change was completed the visit he came in, but we did not look at the tiresHe since that time and before returning

I am rejecting this response because this person is a liar. The only reason they are selling Jeeps is because of the popularity of the product. *** nor *** spoke with me or my husband. *** was the ONLY one that helped us after we filed the complaint and then we had another issue with the finance guy on the pay off of our trade in and there was zero response from finance so again we had to contact *** to assist in getting that taken care of. So, the only one that care about ANYTHNG at the dealership is ***. This place is a joke. And, we have already sent other people away from this dealership and to other dealerships

RReally?They want to lie and say things weren't promised or written down ? I have recordeconversations from the day of the sale and dealing , I have a pic of the we owe paper , messages left from Charles from 2to weeks ago talking about the mats and cargo mats , saying they still haven't come in .Also I never said that people promised these things , just Charles and Justin, and I have that recored and for Mr R*** to say that bt is bt , I don't need to lie like they are to cover there as , I have every call and calls I left with me leaving messages recorded since people like Mr R*** , Charles and Justin, need to lie or like always , seems to forget what the deal of sale was and what was owedAlso what a coincidence that Mr R*** Sent this response of a lie to the Revdex.com , after I spoke with him and Charles last week , with their response of I'll call you right back , after I check with parts, that's from Charles response and from Mr R*** " I'll call you back after I check and talk to those people , but as usual didn't call back , but if they want to say am fabricating things and lying , I have the recorded conversations from last week , showing they are lying and the messages from Charles from a few weeks ago, talking g about that the mats still aren't in , so if nothing was promised on the we owe paper , why is Charles leaving messages saying the opposite?Seems like they covering their as and want a response and this complaints forwarded to the owners to show what wrong doers they have for employees and want the next responses from them not the liars like Mr R***, Charles or justin

I am willing to get  the vehicle back in to my service department and look the car over to see what is wrong with it. We did sale the car as is and in no way mislead the customer regarding the repairs. Robert A Landtiser look the car over and bought this car AS IS. I am will to help Robert out...

On this customer the first visit, 10/12/16, we replaced a burnt fuse for the amp to the radio and had to modify a connecter on the wiring harness to the amp. The customer came back the next day saying that his wife’s phone sound was hard to understand through the Uconnect/Bluetooth feature. We...

were able to show him that with a few other phones the sound came in clear through the Uconnect/Bluetooth feature. The customer agreed with the Service Advisor & the Technician it must be his wife’s phone that has the problem. The customer came back on 10/17 stating now that the Uconnect/Bluetooth is not working at all. We diagnosed that the hands free control module has an internally failure and it must be replaced. The customer declined repair and was implying we must have done something to cause this. The repair that we did cannot possibly cause a problem to this other module. They are in two different areas and they are not tied in together. We tried to explain this to the customer. In an attempt to make the customer happy at the time we performed the diagnosis at no charge to the customer and offered to do the repair at a discount. The customer then declined that offer also. It would not be good business for our dealership to take responsibility on something we know we couldn’t have possibly caused a problem on.

We have resolved the issue with Mr. [redacted], however, we have had many conversations with him where he accuses different people each time of promising differing items to him.   The Cargo Mat that was not originally promised to him was ordered for him and will be in within the next couple...

I am rejecting this response because:Hello this is [redacted] that is not true when I took them my car I didn't know what was wrong with it .So I asked them can they fix it .The man name was [redacted] I was speaking to. he told me that he will fix it but it was 1700 dollars and I said that's a lot of money are you sure I will not have anymore problems .He gave me his word when I came to pick the car up it stop when they were bringing it up front to me .My son [redacted] was with me he drove me to get my car. So I don't know what they did to make it start again but it stoped again that same night I called [redacted] he came to pick it up that Monday and he told his boss that he promised me that the car will be fixed but after I paid his Supervisor wouldn't let him fix unless I pay more money .But [redacted] kelp telling me he was sorry and it's not up to him . He also told his Supervisor that it was a motor around and they should fix it I only had my car one day before it did the exact same thing it did before I took it to them .I still have [redacted] number in my phone Regards,
