able to finance through US Bank (which he did not qualify for).  Mr. [redacted] understood the explanation and told Mr. [redacted] that he would consider returning to Meador when his lease was up to either lease or purchase another vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because: The response from the Service Manager is inaccurate (1) it did not take three days to authorize the repair - it was authorized the same morning of the initial call regarding the mode door actuator;and (2) authorization was given to repair the actuator door, only, because that was the initial information provided to us by Dodge for the cost of the report. We believed that $1200 was the cost to fix the AC, period. We were not informed that one step (pay), would lead to another step (pay), which would lead to another step (pay), etc. The response also fails to indicate why such a sophisticated service department would use a primitive method of diagnosing an AC repair, on an older vehicle. If we'd would have known the repair would be over $4000, we would have declined any service. We are completely disappointed in Dodge, and will continue to question their service operation practices, and will not recommend them to family/friends who are looking to take their vehicle there. This "10's  Yes" motto is a complete scam. They do not understand customer service.

I am rejecting this response because:When I received a call from [redacted], he told me he wanted to make it right and apologized multiple times and stated there was no way to make up for lost time and the past incidents so he wanted me to come in to speak with him and get things fixed  he offered to give me a complimentary car detail. I left my car for two days while it was being worked on for the shifter issue that multiple employees previously claimed they didn’t witness. I received a call from Vince telling me that the car was ready for pick up. I was given a 3 hour window to get up there to return my rental and pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving, Vince tried joking about my arriving late and having to hold employees, which I understand they were frustrated that I was late but again, I was given a small window to come by and it wasn’t possible since I work an hour away and live 30 minutes away from the dealership  not to mention, I had been inconvenienced multiple times by these same people and now they want to complain for waiting for 20 minutes? When I got my car back, I immediately noticed that there was absolutely no detail clean done at all . There was dirt all over my car, which yes it had been raining, but this was built up mud that clearly wasn’t not cleaned since I had done it myself.  The interior still had dust throughout, dirty mats, and grease from the technicians that wasn’t cleaned up. The ONLY reason I brought my vehicle back to this dealership was because of [redacted] promise to make things right. They even responded to this Revdex.com complaint stating that it was a $199 value when it was written up on my Customer invoice as a “courtesy wash for our customers”, NOT a detail. Here I am, once again disappointed with the service and the lies I was told. This dealership is full of untrustworthy people who will say anything to get you in to spend time and money.

Greeting Mr. [redacted] her is the requested information per our phone conversation this morning Mr. [redacted] had a friend bring his 2006 Dodge 1500 truck in for A/C system airflow restricted on the upper and lower vents, RO 227592  after diagnosing his complaint, we discovered that...

the A/C defrost mode door actuator was binding and the A/C case housing had to be removed to repair, after removing the A/C housing our tech discovered the A/C evaporator and heater core was leaking and need to be repaired while we had the A/C case housing out of the vehicle, we contacted Mr. [redacted] friend with the repair cost  in which he told us that he would call us back because Mr. [redacted] was out of town. Three days later. After receiving a call back from Mr. [redacted] friend he only requested to repair the A/C Defrost mode door actuator only and he decline to repair the Evaporator/Heater core leak. We asked Mr. [redacted] friend is he sure because it would cost him more money to replace the Evaporator/Heater Core, because we would have to do the same repair over again with removing the A/C case housing and he decline to perform the Evaporator/Heater Core repairs so Mr. [redacted] friend return with the vehicle on May 25 2017 with the A/C system not working RO [redacted]. we installed the Evaporator/Heater Core/Drier and A/C high side line and Evac and recharge his A/C system And we also discounted his labor for this repair perform I have also attached the repair orders for your review on this file if you have any more question please feel free to contact me Thank you   [redacted] Service Manager MEADOR DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM Main Line: ###-###-#### Direct Line: ###-###-#### 10’s & Yes’

On August 9 2016 Mrs. [redacted] brought her 2008 Dodge Charger (VIN [redacted] ) vehicle in to our service center for a issues with vehicle not starting after our technician diagnosed her vehicle, they found several different electrical issues. The first issues we founded was the internal...

failure inside of the vehicle Power Control Module called a  PCM. The second issues was that the battery needed to be replace and the battery terminals needing to be cleaned. The third issues was a shorted fuel injector on cylinder 2 in which it needed to be replaced, after the vehicle was completed the customer paid her bill and picked up the vehicle after a couple of weeks later her engine seized up due to other issues that had nothing to do with the electrical repairs that we performed on her vehicle please contact me if you have any other question   [redacted] [redacted]

Since I last wrote.  I called the title clerk on 01/15/16 and left a message for maria the title clerk. She never called. I also called the dealership on 1/19/16 and a lady hung up the phone on me before transferring to the requested...

person.  I called back on 01/19/16 and spoke with maria the title clerk. She advised that [redacted] was going to handle it.  I asked who [redacted] was and maria advised that she was the manager of the company.  I advised that I had previously been advised that [redacted] was the manager and she stated that [redacted] was in charge of handling titles. Furthermore, she advised that [redacted] would call me that day. As of today (1/30/16), [redacted] has yet to call me back nor has she even taken my call.  On 1/20/16 I called back and left a message for [redacted] and Maria and neither called back.  Called on 1/21/16 and left another message for maria. Since I never received a call back, I called and spoke with [redacted] a salesman. He told me he spoke with [redacted] and she told him that she spoke to me. I advised him that was a lie and that she had never called back nor spoken with me.  He advised that he would help and he would guarantee that the title was being sent to South Carolina.  On 1/29/16 I went to the DMV and they advised that they have not received the title.  Called [redacted] on 1/29/16 and advised that I went to the DMV and they have not received the title.  He added that he checked with [redacted] and she confirmed that the title was sent to the dmv.  I reiterated that I was at the DMV and they confirmed that it was not received.Thus, it has been 15 days since the complaint and 3.5mths since we bought the truck and  we still have not received the title!!

I am rejecting this response because: The response is all lies.  First of all the issue with the vehicle was no sound from the radio... The handsfree , Uconnect issue only started after they fixed the radio. We picked up the car at around 5 minutes til six on 10/12 and the handsfree issue was present then.  The technician never connected other phones to the system, it just started worked on it's own when my husband pulled on the car lot the next day. When my husband lef,t the issue started again.  He took the car back to the car lot again the next day and the handsfree uconnect system was frozen.  I called Uconnect myself and was asked to locate specific buttons so the Uconnect agent could figure out which system is installed. Since I did not have the car,  I called Meador Chrysler several times to get the information. Finally, received a call back at approximately 7:30 that night... [redacted], service manager, begin to tell me we were warned before we paid 660.00 to fix the no sound issue that this could happen.  I told him no Chris Caldwell , our service tech NEVER told us this.  [redacted] then tried to blame the issue on my phone.  I agained told him no this is not a phone software issue.  He then told me he will have his tech look at the car again the next day and he would call me back.  He again never called me I had to continually call him.    He then told us the price to fix this issue would be 1000.00.  [redacted] never mentioned a discount at all.  I called Uconnect and was told to preform a hard reset on the Uconnect system and this might fix the issue.  [redacted] and his service team refused to perform the hard reset and tried to charge me a diagnosis fee when I went to pick up my vehicke but I refused to pay them.  He finally handed my keys over after we waited 45 minutes to talk to him.  It is really ashame that a large company like Dodge / Chrysler would lie on a response to a Revdex.com complaint just to make it seem like the customer is being unresasonable.  The serivce tech, Chris Caldwell also told us he would show us the re-wiring he had to do to fix the sound issue and he never did.  The first repair was done incorrectly which made the Uconnect module go out and now they want to make 1000.00 off us for an issue they caused.
