I bought bags of topsoil and I was very very disappointed in the grade of topsoil I receivedI went back and purchased cheaper version and got times better qualityWith a name that is well known in the industry you should be embarrassed with what was provided in those bags

Bought bags of Scotts earthgro black mulch from home depot store # Clarence NY Store , which after month lost it's color (has a year guarantee) Had white mold (we are in a drought while planting started to get headaches and noticed the mold spores in the air and ground ) and non organic material in mulch brought pictures and sample and proof of purchase to store and home depot customer service (who would of replaced the mulch but needed a sku # from Scotts called Scotts customer service and Scotts wanted us to send them the original receipt, Scotts case # *** according to their own website the customer reviews are mostly all the same

I spent over $last year to have soil and sod installed in my yard and I noticed some weeds about weeks ago so I decided to purchase ortho's weed b gone because it guaranteed not to hurt the lawn and it clearly states this on the bottle, after following the directions my wife proceeded with the product and to our surprise it completely destroyed our lawnMy wife has been trying to call the company for a week and a half and she keeps getting "due to high call volume" and it doesn't matter what time she calls.I have pictures of my lawn to show the damage the weed b gone did to it

I purchase packages of SCOTTS STEP ANNUAL PROGRAM from *** *** Hardware store in *** *** IL on 03/11/Each package is supposed to come with a $rebate from the manufacture, since I bought packages, I am expecting $rebate
I followed the instruction closely and submitted my rebate request online on 03/13/with everything including a scanned image of the receipt, UPC codes

The fact is on the scanned receipt that I submitted, I clearly circled the eligible purchasesThis product is a 4-step package, the receipts shows it as the whole package (not the individual bags)The receipt also shows clearly that I purchased

I purchased and have purchased Scotts products for the homes I'd had over the years and have had ongoing problems with these products Scotts used to be all there was to choose from, now there’s competitors!
I have always had these resolved with digital photo representation of the receipts and bar codes because sometimes the bags are destroyed before I realize their products are, yet again, malfunctioning I have limited space to keep their bags in-case they are selling defective product, so I photo these required items
I recently sent in digital copied receipts and bar codes for bags of their grass seed that was sterile, would not germinate, causing me much grief in having large spots in my lawn awaiting them to germinate finally going to their competitor and having much success
As I mentioned, this isn't the first time I've had problems with their products From mulch staining my concrete to, now, sterile grass seed and they’ve always stood behind their guarantee

I applied to Scotts 4-Step Annual Program in April for an advertised rebate I sent in all the completed paper workI received a rebate for one product, but did not receive the much larger rebate for the 4-step fertilizer
I sent a letter to the rebate handler INMAR in January I received no answer I called the rebate handler twice, but they would not tell me if or when I would receive my rebate I chatted with Scotts twice online, but they only sent me back to the rebate handler
I have received no information from Scotts as to why my rebate was not provided

I purchase three of the aeroGarden 3-pod growing systems the original only worked for about three months then things stopped growing I ordered another and it never grew anything, then I ordered yet another and it grew nothing either Clearly a defective product after the third time and I would expect and refund for all three I did try to contact aerogarden support via email per their website and no one ever responded

I have purchased fertilizer made by this company multiple yearsMost years they offer a rebateYou can submit the rebate online, but the online form does not workI believe this is purposefulLast year I submitted by mail and they sent me a lower dollar amount than promisedWhen I complained they sent me the differenceIt is my belief that offering a rebate is a game with this company with the goal of refunding as little money as possible

Scotts advertise a "No Quibble" refund guarantee if the customer is not satisfied.....I sent in the required original receipt and UPC code snail mail almost a month ago and I have emailed their contacts on their website times now and have not gotten a response at all! I posted a concern on their Facebook and there was a response to my posting less than seconds telling me they are too busy....but their website received my email with their quote " look for a response within a day or two....I find it odd that they are not "too busy" to be responding to Facebook postings

I am contacting you because I purchased the Roundup from *** *** in Aurora, CO for $per bottle and covered my property the back yard two and three time over with the product using bottles a total of $because I was expecting to kill off the weeds in the rocks in my back yard area and the weeks in the front rocks area and this product did not meet my expectations at all I was highly disappointed because the product did not stop the weed germination in plus degree weather for weeksThe grass would die and weeds were not I would like a full refund for the product because this did not work as advertised or shown
