my vehicle had been in the shop since the 25th of August, they called me on September and told me they fixed my dodge journeynot true its doing the same thing it was doing on August the 25, the power steering is bad it is leaking fluid, I have to put bottles of power steering fluid in the cari almost was hit from behind because it would not turn They lied and said they fixed it because they were contacted by Revdex.com so I'm writing again because my matter has not been solved thank you a very *** off cutsomerTranslateRegards,

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response belowI wish to have nothing to do with you or your company and there was only one time I was able to speak to your service department and as I have stated before I told the the vehicle was unsafe to drive and it needed to be picked up also the recovery agent verified upon picking the vehicle up it was unsafe so therefore it was impossible to bring the vehicle to your service department also when we came to your dealership the salesman did not allow us to test drive the vehicle so the statement before about us being able to test drive it before buying was on your sales department so I will have this stricken from my report like any other lemon I have been sold over the years and also it is impossible for it to have had over a thousand miles added I reset the trip meter when we purchased the vehicle so that is another statement

Above the internal lubricated systems it says engineAt the very top of the listPlease look carefully.

Although we understand temporary hardships arise, we must
stress the importance of maintaining open communications regarding arrangements
and your intentions in reference to your auto loan. Mr***, on several occasions we have
attempted to reach out to you with
programs and assistance available, however
our efforts to reach you to resolve this matter, had remained unresolved. If we are unable to make contact with you so
your intentions are known, we are forced to ensure all collection efforts are
exhausted to reach you, which includes getting a message to you by the way of
the personal references whom you listed at the time of purchase
Additionally, the Motor Vehicle Retail Installment
Contract you signed at the time of purchase, states there is no grace period
Payments are due on or before the due dateThe contract does note late fees are
assessed at fifteen (15) days which is 5% of your past due amount We encourage you to refer to the Retail Motor
Vehicle Installment Contract that discusses” HOW LATE OR EARLY PAYMENTS WILL CHANGE WHAT I MUST PAY” and how
this will affect the amount you will pay for finance charges (see page 3)
At this time, we are unable to remove the recent negative
reports to the credit bureau (days), as we must report accurately and
honestly each monthOur records indicate the credit bureau reporting regarding
your account is correct, however, should you feel there is a discrepancy, you
may contact the bureau directly to file a dispute
Mr***, we would like to encourage you to reach out
to your account manager ahead of time, should you foresee a circumstance arise
that will prevent your payment from being received on your scheduled due date

Mr*** *** purchased a vehicle from one of our locations in April 2017. On April 25, Mr*** contacted our service department regarding mechanical issues he was having and an appointment was set for him to
bring the vehicle in on May 2, In which Mr*** did not keep the appointment. On July 7, Mr*** contacted our service department and advised the vehicle was over heating and that he was going to repair the vehicle himself, the service department offered to have him bring in the vehicle and Mr*** declined. On July 11, Mr*** called our service department and advised that the car had been over heating and it was no longer startingAt that time the service department advised him assistance to tow the vehicle in and the customer advised that he had things to do and he would call us back A tow request was submitted on July 11, the water coolant was repaired and the vehicle was returned. We work with each customer for a successfull resolution to thier account. On *** ***'s account, the following activity has been noted:Based upon the customer's broken promises and non payments, this account has been Out for Recovery on three different occasions and finally recovered on
4/10/2018. owever, sometimes, this is the only alternative we have on broken promises and lack of communication on an account.The account had payments extended (to assist the customer on contracted due payments). The absolute last activity we want to do at MEI Auto Finance, is repossess a vehicle. This account was redeemed on 4-11-and is current with the next payment due on 4/20/2018. H

Second ComplaintAs documented with Case Number ***I thought the issue would be resolved and stated with the service departmentThe car is still overheatingFiling another complaint cause this car has been overheating consistently every other week this vehicle has to be towed back to serviceMEI Local Service department even went ahead and outsourced my vehicle to another service provider and still having the same issueThis has resulted in lost wages and lost of employment due to the fact I have not had reliable transportation to get workI would like the vehicle to be exchanged and a word with the management of this companyI keep on getting the runaround and no resolution on this ongoing caseI am a returning customer in good faith looking to have a reliable vehicle from this company

find our initial response satisfactoryOn 7/31/2015, when you spoke with
Management, we offered once again to have the unit diagnosed by the service
department and you declinedAt that time you were advised of the ramifications
of the voluntary surrender, which included: reporting the repossession to your
credit bureau, the deficiency balance, and a 1099-Cancellation of Debt form
required by the IRS that you will receive in Jan regarding the remaining
balance owed. We invite
