Hi, First off, I am sorry to hear about your experience with our companyThe reason your account cannot and would not be closed down without returning our equipment is we provided you our equipment free of chargeWe incur the expense for our clients while they process with usWe do not lock anyone into contracts and always go above and beyond crediting our merchants to keep them satisfiedWe are at a loss on every account for months (due to us paying for your equipment) so we cannot be expected to close an account until you the merchant return our equipmentThe reason you were charged for December is, as you stated in your complaint, you dint return our equipment till mid monthOnce the months starts, the back end banks will always charge the account for the month We can gladly close down and or refund the months were service was not used but please understand we are taking the loss here even though your agreement lists the monthly fee's and monthly minimum which you were rightfully charged I will confirm that your equipment has been returned and assuming it has been we can go ahead and issue you a credit and close out the account (if it has not been done so already) If the equipment has not yet been returned/received, we will need to get the unit back or payment for the non returned equipment prior to closure I hope this satisfies your requests as Id like to rectify this situation to your full expectations Sam S

I own a daycare center Before I was contacted by Merchant Bankcard, I was paying astronomical fees with another company MB contacted me and I've had nothing but a positive experience with this company I have recommended them to a couple of other friends who own businesses also

I cannot say enough positive things about this companyI had been dealing with a different company when I first opened my businessI was charged outrageous startup fees, monthly fees and a high percentage rate for the transactionsThe customer service at the other company was the worst I have ever had with any company and getting my funds deposited was always an issue with the other companyI, however, have not had the first issue with this companyThere is always someone happy and eager to help me with any questions I may haveMy funds are available the next day and I don't have the outrageous fees attached to each transactionI highly recommend Merchant Bankcard to all companies, especially new companies that are not aware of their options

Good Service, Excellent rates, and very easy to process credit card transactions I like their serviceThey will always answer any questions and make it all clear

The funds were deposited in the merchants account on 3/**We have also taken steps to adjust the auto batch time for this merchant to insure all transactions completed by 430pm CST are funded the next business dayIt should be noted, although our headquarters were closed on 3/** due to the blizzard in NY, as were most business’s in the Tri-State area, the merchant did speak with customer service regarding this matter on 3/ [redacted] as our customer service is available 24/There were no voice mails left by the merchant at headquarters or any emails from the merchant sent to headquarters requesting further assistanceHad the merchant attempted to contact us on 3/ [redacted] the merchant would’ve been informed the funds had been deposited that day

I requested the company close my account and it still hasn't closed yet whic they states it will take up to daysThe transactions that were in question have not been resolved they still charged me all the fees with showing me any documentation and they still billed me again

Merchant ran a transaction of $on 2/*/As typical procedure, the first transaction is held for an extra day of review(this does not include a test transaction which the merchant ran on 2/*/2017 $0.01)Upon reviewing the transaction, it came to our attention that the merchant ran his
own credit card which is strictly prohibitedUnder circumstances, we would cancel the transaction and refund it to the merchantIn the middle of the investigation process, the merchant filed a chargeback on his own card thinking this would result in a faster refundIn addition, it has come to our attention that this merchant told us he is in entertain services/commercials business, however in our investigation we found he is doing credit repair which is a prohibited business typeWith this information and with all the inherent risk involved, the funds are unable to be refunded until 3-moths

This business did in fact correct the issue - BUT THE ISSUE WAS THE THEFT, FROM MY ACCOUNT of funds they were not authorized by me to removed and which they had previously denied removing. I had to spend HOURS on the telephone with the bank and with Merchant Bankcard personnel discussing this, arranging for my bank to fax them a copy of my statement to refute their denials, then wait for resolution that STILL didn't happen until more phone callsReturning the money was good, but it doesn't erase the fact that a theft occurred.This is on top of their mis-representation of their company and their services, which I still very much object to. This means they are continuing to misrepresent themselves to other potential victims. I would hope this could be stopped.I had even offered at one point - more than a month ago - to suspend my complaint if a swift resolution were to occur. This did not happen. It took far more of my time and energy to resolve than should have been required. Please note that until the Revdex.com got involved - thank you! - EVERY SINGLE PERSON I TALKED TO ROUTINELY LIED TO ME.It strikes me that their operation is based on the sort of business practices that owe a great deal more to "can we get away with that?" than "Let's base our work on integrity." The second came into effect only because they were caught with their fingers in my bank account
