The funds were deposited in the merchants account on 3/**. We have also taken steps to adjust the auto batch time for this merchant to insure all transactions completed by 430pm CST are funded the next business day. It should be noted, although our headquarters were closed on 3/** due to...
the blizzard in NY, as were most business’s in the Tri-State area, the merchant did speak with customer service regarding this matter on 3/** as our customer service is available 24/7. There were no voice mails left by the merchant at headquarters or any emails from the merchant sent to headquarters requesting further assistance. Had the merchant attempted to contact us on 3/** the merchant would’ve been informed the funds had been deposited that day.

I own a daycare center. Before I was contacted by Merchant Bankcard, I was paying astronomical fees with another company. MB contacted me and I've had nothing but a positive experience with this company. I have recommended them to a couple of other friends who own businesses also.
I cannot say enough positive things about this company. I had been dealing with a different company when I first opened my business. I was charged outrageous startup fees, monthly fees and a high percentage rate for the transactions. The customer service at the other company was the worst I have ever had with any company and getting my funds deposited was always an issue with the other company. I, however, have not had the first issue with this company. There is always someone happy and eager to help me with any questions I may have. My funds are available the next day and I don't have the outrageous fees attached to each transaction. I highly recommend Merchant Bankcard to all companies, especially new companies that are not aware of their options.

I am a new Start up business ,And as you know you will receive a million request for your credit card services ( too many calls ) ! Sergio A[redacted] | Senior Account Executive called and asked very professional to review my needs and wants . He showed and explained to me the process and the rates ! No Pressure sales he put a program together , Which I have had review by five other merchant accounts and only one cloud beat the rate, and it would only save me 25 dollars ! How ever please remember , They have excellent customer service! Always available!!! , and will return calls. When he couldn't resolve and issue his supervisor Jay Solved the issue ! Both are professional and look lout for my services . Weather you are a new or looking to have your services review , I would defiantly let them give you a review , You might be surprised ! Again the customer service, and then the rates is why I am there !

feel they have been done right by. Therefor we will be issuing a full credit to your account. We have tried contacting you numerous times the last few days via email and phone and have been unsuccessful. You should see the refund hit your account in 5-7 business days. Please let us know you have received this and are satisfied with our willingness to refund ALL charges. This in fact puts us at a substantial negative $ on your account, but once again our customers and satisfaction does come first.

Thank you for a response to this matter. Although it is hard for me to either accept or deline the offer as there was not a dollar amount to the offer. This was a great company to work with. Gavi S[redacted] was an awesome person to deal with. He answered all my questions and was very helpful.
Working with Gavi has been such a pleasure. He always gets back to me in a timely manner, and is very patient with myself, and my co-workers when we need an explanation on how things work. He has gone above and beyond in being in touch with us when needed outside of regular work hours.
