I called the customer on 6/9, but did not get an answerWe will have the tote exchanged for the correct size next weekThe customer's trash is picked up day is Monday and the recycling is picked up on FridayAll items should be at out by 6:am

If a customer's trash is missed the customer can leave a message on the voicemail and the dispathcer can send a driver back to pick up the trashOur office hours are Monday - Friday from 8-The Meridian Waste voicemail is on at all timesIt is our goal NOT to miss anyone's trashWe apologize for the miss pick up and will do our very best not to miss the trash pick up again

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/04/13) */ This customer has what is know as Valet or backdoor serviceWe pickup trash and recycling at the back door or by the garage.The vacuum was setting at the trash therefore our driver thought it was trash,We tried to explain that if they did not intend for it not to be thrown away then it should not be placed at trash containersAnything that is and can be placed in the truck we pickup at the backdoor, if a customer does not want it thrown away Do Not Place IT At The Trash Container

I talked to the customer he said he did not know his account was past dueThe customer stated he did not get a bill from Meridian A new was set to the customer and the paid the bill was paid The customer's account is paid current and the trash was picked upI explained to the customer we return calls and answer phone callsThe customer has the Vice President of Marketing's direct extension I will research the customer's phone number to try to find out why his calls were not returnedThe customer's trash should not be missed and all calls will be returned

We apologize for the yard waste being missed, the customer's account was credited $for one month of yardwasteThank you

As the customer requested, additional was credited to the customer

We talked to Mrs*** on 10/5/she said her trash cans were worth $eachMeridian Waste Services agreed the driver
damaged both of her trash cans
As resolution, Meridian Waste Services will issue a check for $for the replacement of the damaged trash cans and also pick up both of the damaged cans

My wife was wrong in pricingthe cheapest I can find for a trash can the similar is between 30-so if you guys can find the same for a piece I will be happy with that as well but I have been unsuccessful
Regarding one more point, why if you guys knew and understood that he damaged the trash cans did it take this much effort and trouble to get a resolution?

I am rejecting this response because 1)they are charging retroactively without any prior notice to me; 2)they stopped in march picking up containers that were put on the curb (which prompted me to cease with the company on march 31) 3) they never responded to multiple phone calls regarding non pickup; 4) they have not scheduled a time for collection of their trash and recycle containers which are still sitting in my garage; 4)I have not received credit of any kind.I need to add here that my legal name is *** ***. My husband *** *** whose name is on the bill is deceased

They are absolutely correct in this should of never happened, our driver made the worst possible decision that dayif the was a miss on the day before for recycle he should have called the office and notified them that was still out and let dispatch handle the matterthe driver has been
written up and put on notice that if he is seen doing this again, it will be cause for termination

I am rejecting this response because:A 5+ month delay in response from this company is a joke Nothing was on this business website NOR City of Crestwood when this complaint was filed and when I needed pick up Screenshots from these referenced sites were provided at time of complaint City of Crestwood has since updated their site Basically as a city resident we are stuck with the mediocre service of this company since the city contracts with them
