On October 2014, Ms. [redacted] had a credit of $80.10. Which paid her account current until December 2014.In December 2015, the account was billed for January February and March for the amount of $44.70, which was deducted from the $80.10 credit. ...

Our records indicate Ms. [redacted] called in April 2015 and stated she moved to Louisiana and she should not have been billed for January March. At that time the account had a credit of 35.70. Our records also indicate prior to April 2015 we had not heard from Ms. [redacted] therefore her account was considered opened and being billed as usual.
As part of the resolution, we can restart the account beginning with an $80.10 (credit), bill the account from today thru 5/31/16 for the amount of 51.65, with a credit balance of $28.45. The account will be billed again in May 2016 for June, July, August for $44.70.

This customer has what is know as Valet or backdoor service. We pickup trash and recycling at the back door or by the garage.The vacuum was setting at the trash therefore our driver thought it was trash,We tried to explain that if they did not...

intend for it not to be thrown away then it should not be placed at trash containers. Anything that is and can be placed in the truck we pickup at the backdoor, if a customer does not want it thrown away Do Not Place IT At The Trash Container

We sent a driver back to pick up the yard waste. The dispatcher,  talked to the driver to make sure the customer's yard waste is not missed going forward.

A credit of $20.00 has been issued to the customer's account. The Operations Manager will talk to the drivers to ensure the customer's trash will be picked up on the correct day going forward.

I talked to the customer he said he did not know his account was past due. The customer stated he did not get a bill from Meridian.  A new was set to the customer and the  paid the bill was paid . The customer's account is paid current and the trash was picked up. I explained to the...

customer we return calls and answer phone calls. The customer has the Vice President of Marketing's direct extension.  I will research the customer's phone number to try to find out why his calls were not returned. The customer's trash should not be missed and all calls will be returned

I am rejecting this response because:If a customer's trash is missed on Friday; it is doubtful the dispatcher will see the message till Monday.  Further, there is nothing in the answering message to indicate operating hours or that a message should be left and would be dealt with prior to Monday (if such is the case, very doubtful).  Finally, the trash in this whole are was not picked up until the following Tuesday.  This shows Meridian's lack of desire to correct a mistake.  This reply says they did it right; they did not.  The complaint stands.
