We have called and left messages for the customer A credit of $was issued to the customers' account on Janaury 9,

We called the customer today and left a voicemail advising her the cart will be delivered today or Monday. The ADDITIONAL tote will be delivered to the customer today or Monday.

Mr. [redacted] called Meridian Waste Services at 4:50 p.m. on September 15, 2015 stating his recycling was missed. We advised Mr. [redacted] that...

all the drivers were done for the day and we would get his recycling picked up the following day. Mr. [redacted] was not pleased that his recycling would not be picked up on the same day. We apologized for the miss and explained that we would make sure his recycling would be picked up the following day.
Meridian's office hours are 8-5 Monday - Friday, our drivers start working at 7 am and generally finish their routes at before 5 pm.
The resolution; unfortunately, Meridian Waste Services cannot legally make the drivers pay each time a customer's trash is missed. ALL Meridian Waste employees take full responsibility for their jobs and each employee is held accountable for their actions. Mr. [redacted] was informed about the miss pickup policy and was reassured that his trash services will be picked up on the correct days.

The customer was given a Meridian Waste replacement tote on May 13,2015.

I called the customer on 6/9, but did not get an answer. We will have the tote exchanged for the correct size next week. The customer's trash is picked up day is Monday and the recycling is picked up on Friday. All items should be at out by 6:00 am

We will deliver a recycling tote to the customer immediatley. This tote will be a reolacement tote for the tote the dreiver threw away.

If a customer's trash is missed the customer can leave a message on the voicemail and the dispathcer can send a driver back to pick up the trash. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from  8-5. The Meridian Waste voicemail is on at all times. It is our goal NOT to miss anyone's trash. We...

The business is implying that Our recycling was missed one time it was missed on several occasions and the driver would constantly put the recycling can back in the middle of the driveway or in the middle of the street. and I don't agree with the way they're trying to resolve the problem

Florissant contract has a 210 gallon limit, this was setup by the City of Florissant. we picked up the limit, The contract also states on Construction Debris and that there  is a extra charge. we have always returned calls if message were left, Our voice mail is open 24 hour a day for...

Since the house is vacant, we will close account and pick up the trash can.

It is not our policy to drop containers or to damage any property, The driver has been reprimanded for his actions,and this will never happen again.

It was never [redacted]'s intenttion to speak rudely to the customer. [redacted] has been reprimanded for the tone used with the customer....

 We are also, processing the refund to the landlord for the overpayment to the credit card payment.
