This person is not a customer of armors and their complaint has nothing to do with our service I would like the review taken off since they don't know anything about the service we provide From what I understand Revdex.com is to review a company that you have been a customer for and have had
experience with their service and this person has not done that They are just upset that we knocked their doorThanks

We agreed with *** compromise she proposed and credited her account for and ran the rest of the cancellation fee then cancelled her account outThis was done on 3/She was left a message on her phone *** at 1:04pm stating that this had happened.Thanks

The service can be scheduled between 60-days apartWe never set exact months for in the future as we know those can change oftenI do not know why the technician did not ask you to sign the receipt when you were availableIt is to see an influx of bugs after the home is treated as that is showing that we were able to get the product into the bugs nest and it is flushing it outIf this problem continues we ask that you call the office for a free retreat as sometimes it takes more then treatment to rid the property of pests.

Every customer get a copy of the contract explaining what they have signed up for Also when the technician shows up the tech reexplains the contract and the customer gets a phone call from the office explaining the contract We do all of this to make sure that every customer knows
exactly what they're signing up for Due to that process we're unable to refund any payments.

Unfortunately some times multiple treatments are necessary if your have an especially bad infestationThat's why we do the service the way we do so we have ample opportunity to get the problem under control

We are very good at getting rid of pestsThat is the reason we need to be able to treat the home times in a day period because sometimes that is what it takes to get the problem taken care ofIf after the 3rd treatment we are unable to get the pest problem taken care of then me move to different optionsBut this process has been proven over and over again and works greatUntil that process is taken we are unable to make changes on the account including canceling a contract early without a cancellation feewe are more then happy to send a technician out to your home to get this problem taken care of

The notes we have on file state that the customer was asked to send the footage in so we can see what's going on so we can better our service and that the customer refused to send the footageWe have each trucked wired with GPS so we can see exactly how long they are at each home and the GPS shows
the tech was at the customers home for minutes which is the correct amount of time that he should have been thereAlso the customer asked to be notified which days the tech would come out which we do automatically already and for a report of what is done at the house each time which is also automatically emailed out after each serviceOn my end it looks like everything has already been handled thru the office

I'm not sure why you weren't able to contact the officeResponding to voicemails is the first thing that is done every morning and we have a call que for customers so people are transferred to the first available customer service rep as they're able to take callsI'm sorry you had trouble getting in contact with the officeI have attached below a copy of a portion of what the technician went over before starting the service and you will notice *** initials stating that she understood what was going on with the service. I want to apologize for the customer service staff being discourteous with youWe do not record the calls so I am unable to go back and listen to the conversation but i'll make sure the CSR that you spoke with knows how you feel about how you were treated.

I am sorry you had this experience with the companyI will contact the manager in the area and he will let the rep know not to do that

Anyone that feels the service was unsatisfactory has an unlimited free retreat guarantee If the service was not completed we have no problem sending another technician out to reservice the home completely free The customer signed a contract that does have an early cancellation
fee.

The way the service and contact works is if you're having a big problem you call the office and we will send a technician it at no cost If we have to do this times in days for the same bugs I the same area outside your home you will receive a credit of months payment to your
account and we will continue sending techs to get the problem taken care of If we determine we are unable to get the problem taken care of then we can look at canceling the contact.

Upon pulling your account up it has been cancelled outWe are very sorry for the inconvenience

I am sorry you feel the company was misrepresentedIf you continue to have a bug problem all you have to do is call our office and we are more then happy to send out a service technician at no additional cost to take care of the problemsince there was a contract signed for a year agreement we
can't cancel the service early without an early cancellation fee but we can definitely get a tech out to your home to address the problem. Thanks

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: If you read my complaint and what happened with their employee you will see it is NOT simply a case of me being upset that someone knocked on my doorThe employee asked my name and used it to give my neighbors information about me to scare them into signing contractsI am not a customer because before I ever had a chance to decide on their service the employee had already gone to my neighbors with statements about me, my family and my houseI am complaining because the employee representing this company was defacing my character to my neighbors.
