Review: I had purchased a auto policy through MetLife on April [redacted] 2014.The amount would be $247 and would take out $123 out of my paycheck every two weeks. (which is through the company I work for; Centra Care Health). On April [redacted] 2014, they sent me a Termination Letter stating that my policy would be terminated as of April [redacted] 2014 at 12:01am and that I didn't need to call them to confirm this. The reason is because they couldn't get a hold of me to verify if I live with my mom, dad, sister or brother. So I went and got new auto insurance through travelers which would take effect April [redacted] 2014. Then in the middle of May I got a policy packet and identification cards from MetLife, I called them right away to verify that my policy with them was canceled. They said yes it has and that those packets get sent out automatically. I asked if any money would be taken out of my paycheck, They said no, I don't have to worry about it. Then on May [redacted] I got my paycheck and they had taken $413.00 out of it. Which is a lot more that should had come out of my paycheck. I called them that day and told them issue, they said that all I had to do is fax over my new identification card with my new insurance company and write down in regards to policy number [redacted] of met life and then I should get a refund of $287. Last week I got in the mail another Letter of termination of my MetLife policy that takes affect on June *, 2014 as of 12:01am stating the same thing about I don't need to call them to verify. I called them again, repeating the same thing and stating that my policy with them should have been terminated as of April [redacted], 2014 like the first letter said. The agent said that I need to fax over my policy declaration with my new company and write in regards to my MetLife policy number. That it would take 1-2 days to review it and then 4-5 business days for me to receive my refund.Desired Settlement: I believe that they should refund me the amount that they took out of my paycheck due to the fact that they keep changing the date of my Termination of my policy with them. I do have both letters that they sent me.

Review: My vehicle was involved in an accident on [redacted]. Their insured, a Mary H[redacted], ran a red light and hit my vehicle and is at fault. The claim number is [redacted]. An estimate was done on 1/**, it appears some replacement parts are being used, different from original. After looking at estimate, a Bridgestone tire in particular is being replacing the original tire, a Pirelli run flat tire. This is a new vehicle, a 2015 BMW M235i, just purchased in July. I wish to emphasize that replacement parts differing original are not acceptable for this vehicle, especially tires.Desired Settlement: Please advise Metlife rep(s) they need to use all original parts for this repair. The estimate ID is the same as the claim id I believe, it is ali [redacted]. If this is a problem for them, I will contact my attorney about legal action as my mother also has medical claims, she was hurt in the accident.
