Both installers Rob and Joe MWorked in a professional manner.They removed an existing central air and installed a new one within a day and a half

Had a new Furnace/AC installed*** * did the work and was very neat, efficient, information and answered all of my questions Heating system is running great!! Very happy with the service and equipment

*** ** ** *** * *** has serviced my furnace a couple of times He is a master at what he does, and he is timely and courteous too!

Complaint: ***I am not satisfied with the decision that Meyer and Depew has reached. I am not convinced that the unit was replaced with new R-refrigerant. I know my husband signed the service ticket but how would he know for sure if it was replaced with my existing refrigerant or new. We would have to trust the company. At this point I can't trust anything that this company has said or done. They said that they do flat billing but they are so out of line with standard rates and practices It seems that my only recourse is to advise as many people as I can by social media to BEWARE!!!

I finally got luckyMeyer and Depew in Kenilworth sent a furnace/ac technician that was absolutely fantastic and thoroughly knew what he was doingHe changed out a defective thermostat, took the time to explain how to use it, completely checked out the whole system and all the while extremely courteous and wanting to make sure there was nothing else I thought needed to be doneThis man, while entering had the storm door *** come off in his hand, turned around, got a tool out of his van and fixed it free of charge while he was hereNo chargeOverall, I would call this superior serviceI wish that every company I will be dealing with in the future for anything could just even come close to Meyer and Depew

Phil and Marlon replaced our condenser and line set We've used Meyer & Depew in the past and wouldn't use anyone else Company is great and Phil and Marlon were the best technicians I would highly recommend Meyer & Depew

Very professional and clear in explaining what needed to be done with our HVAC system Very clear in explaining the charges as well Joe was very great about also wearing shoe covers in our house since we have an infant who crawls on the floor Joe was prompt and even early, which we very much appreciated and which is key to earning our business

*** * of Meyer & Depew was responsible for the installation of my new air handler*** was polite and professional He and his partner *** made sure that every inch of floor space was protected from the front door all the way up to the attic Upon completion they cleaned the entire area and it was as if they had never been lugging tools and air conditioner parts through my house *** explained the new unit and demonstrated the filter change

Juraj was efficient and knowledgeable when servicing my boiler He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had I appreciate that he put on booties before entering my home to avoid tracking in anything that might have been on the bottom of his boots
