The seasonal check up of my homes heating and system filter was easy to schedule, and the technician called minutes ahead to confirm his arrival within the two hour window promisedCheck up and testing followed by recommendations did not take more than minutes

Wonderful electric service by Paul B [redacted] *rom Michael & Son Services He was very knowledgeable and did great job repairing and updating electric service to our home that was built in the 1960's We highly recommend him

I had been getting estimates so a light pole that had been knocked over could be repaired After trying several repairers I discovered Paul at Michael & Son He was knowledgeable, he was experienced, he was fully equipped, and had the forethought to carry catalogs of related material He took the time to order everything needed for the job, then and there He is truly a exceptional electrician Now, I look forward to using Michael & Son again for any and all electrical repairs

Every interaction I had with Michael & Sons regarding their Home Care Service plan was pleasantMy technician Robert was very professional, courteous and efficient I was thoroughly satisfied with Robert

A neighbor recommended Michael and Son. Sylvester (our new hero!!!) arrived 30 minutes into the window, immediately sussed the problem, had the part on his truck, and had the valve replaced in no time. This was a relief as I'm selling this house and needed the plumbing issue to be fixed. Very happy with the service and only wish I had called them first. I don't live in the area anymore so scheduled originally with another company. That plumber arrived late, had problems diagnosing a text book problem, and disappeared for hours only to return and say he could not buy the part because he did not have a company credit card. I then called Michael and Son to see if they could fix the problem. The customer service was great and the service I received was fantastic. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

As far as the technicians that have been sent out here recently, they were courteous and professional and seem to know their job very wellAlthough Michael & Sons still has to pinpoint where the source of the problem is, (they are chasing a water or condensation leak in the AC system) I am confident that they will complete the task and make a permanent repairThis company came highly recommended to me from other customers based on their trustworthiness, professionalism, and overall economic value placed on the products they sellI am not complaining, however, the first technician sent out to install the system three years ago was not their bestThis is sometimes common in business as a company may go through several dozen people before finding the right employees for a good PE (person to environment) fitDue to this, there are several install issues that I am dissatisfied withMy hopes are that Michael & Sons will re-mediate these issues before they become bigger problems
