I used Michael & Son to install new fans in my attic this weekend The electrician, Gustavo M., did a great job He offered several alternatives to address my needs He arrived on time and finished early He was very professional and competent AND, he even fixed my exterior molding for me, which was not part of the original job I was so very pleased I will definitely use them again!

We have been clients of Michael and Sons for many yearsTheir services are outstandingJeff and Carlos did great, arrived on time, polite, explained their workWe have peace of mind to know that we can call for their services and the job will get done properlyThank you!

If you choose to use Michael and Son hold onto your wallet The technicians will always try to sell you something you don't need We paid for a repair and another technician came by and wanted to undo the repair and sell another more costly solutionShame on us for continuing to use them We're done

The phone staff at Michael and Son is always courteous, taking the time to understand what I need and making appointments that fit my scheduleThe technicians scheduled to do the work are always within their promised time slot and spend the time to explain everything to me before doing the workI recently had plumbing work done by Mike K and was very pleased with his workWhile making the repairs, he suggested additional work be done, requiring a digging crew and called in Wylace IWylace came promptly, checked out everything and discussed his plan for the work that needed to be doneWe went over the procedure, the cost, and time period required to completeI look forward to the work being done and know I will feel secure in its completion

Michael & Sons is a very efficient, professional company I've had an electrician and plumber to my house for repairsIf they don't fix the problem, they will return and get the job done with no additional costsI like the fact that the same electrician and plumber comes each timeThey will also email a picture of the technician that will be coming to your houseNice touchWhat I don't care for is the intense follow-upThey call after a service and will keep calling until they reach youAnd, they will also email I little too much pressureI think they are a reputable company and don't need to pester they customers for feedback

Justin fixed my electrical problem and he very patiently explained everything to meHe was very knowledgeable and experienced I am hard of hearing and use a walker to walk around with, but he made everything easy for me I feel that he is an asset to this company and will do business with them again when needed

Timely dependable service

I am very sorry our customer continue to see the concern as part of the work we did on their propertyWe made a special visit to show the customer his work and he made us aware at the time we were there that the church was not financially fit to meet this costMichael and son then made the offer to reduce the cost to bring this concern to a close and help them with an easier payment plan of months at minimum $per monthHe begin to yell and threaten us with the action that he has taken and yet we still will allow for the same resolution if this will help get his church organization an answer to their concernMichael & Son service is a service company and we do solve and find different problems from time to timeWe don't intend to offend our customer only to help them continue their lives or building operation with out interuption.I feel we have done our job with this concern and need the customer to understand that we are only trying to help and not hurt them in any way.Vance

This unfortunately has been a long process over several weeks and now I'm at the point where several complaints are necessaryI had a brand new HVAC system installed years agoA year later the AC broke and Michael and sons spent several hot days in my house doing everything they could to hit replace it but eventually didMeaning several days wastedyears later it broke againThis took several service calls to "fix" it where they applied a "bandaid" to fix it and had to come back weeks later the spend seven hours again in a very hot house to fix itdays later it broke againAfter calling them times in one day they finally showed up at 5:in the evening to fix the problem they created, at this point my house was degreesI have now spent several weeks trying to contact someone to get some sort of compensation for this problem they have createdHonest,y feeling that if I was a man they would have taken care of this a long time agoNo one will call me back when they say they will, I'm guessing f they hope I'll just let it goI was offered a $credit which is a joke considering the time that has been spent dealing wth this product they installedAfter dealing with KM [redacted] Priscilla, Carlos, Wayne, Maurice and lastly Vance S [redacted] in customer service, I have gotten nowhere and am appalled by their dismal service and complete lack of caring for their customersI truly wish my warranty wasn't with them becaus now I'm stuck if I don't want to spend an arm and a leg the next time his new system breaks down againI warn anyone who is considering doing business with them to stear clear

I called Michael & Son Services since our upstairs heater was not workingThey put me on the priority list, and I received a call the very next morning and was told that a technician would be out to help within the half hourPete arrived and was extremely courteous and politeHe explained the issue and fixed the problem within minutes (lucky for us)He was honest and very knoledgeableI will call and request Pete to help with future issues!
