service manager suggested me go back to New York and find the man who
sold us the ticket to have the problem solvedIt sounds like I have a
problem eatting "POP TARTS", but the "Kellog's" put itself away by
"Walmart"'s fault.No information on anywhere we can find says the ticket we bought is from a third party, NOR any claims about the responsiblity of the third party and "** *** ***s" . They cheat the customers so much!

Greetings,We sincerely apologize for the experience that Beverly Harden had on a recent Bus TourAs the customer received incorrect information and was unable to take our Boat Cruise, we offered to refund 50% of the total costAs we have a strict no refund policy, we took into consideration that
the customer was inconvenienced(we did offer to mail a check so the customer did not have to return to our office) and received the incorrect information and provided a partial refundAlso, the customers were able to take our Downtown Bus Tour so we did not refund 100%. As for the need for the additional ticket, we asked for it as proof of purchase as we only had proof of purchase for individualsWe did provide a refund of 50% even without the additional receipt.We also would like to provide the customer with the same ticket package that was purchased which is transferable and is good for years

Tell us why here...There was not a bus at 10:33pmI know because we were there waiting and your employees told us that a bus had broken downWe live in Texas and may not ever visit NY again so your offer to give us tickets won't help in this caseI do feel like you should provide a refund to my family

Also our entire group did not go all at onceI am not looking for a reschedule as they were travelling from another countryDo you have a way of proving the buses showed up on time and there was no lagAs we are the customers and telling you this happened to usIt was after this I went to the reviews you guys have online and they are horrendous as well, maybe you should look at them as wellRather not taking any responsibility I believe you should and help customers, if you stand by what you have said that is fineBut others need to know and maybe you should do more so people do not feel they are ripped offPeople are travelling from other countries and they should have a great time is one of the best cities in the world, versus they leave with a foul taste after using your company.
