I paid my bill off in Feband it is being reported on my credit report that my account has neve been more than payments late instead of being shown as paidIt is still showing a balanceCalled and spoke with a supervisor named Cameron? Informed him of the situation and he stated that the accounting department does not talk with consumersI want this removed from my credit report as they are inaccurately reporting late payments and still showing a balanced owed on the account when there is noneThat is the only remedy which I seek as it does not take them days to report the information so it should not take them days to correct it

I have had continual problems with preferred credit inc since I was unfortunate enough to end up with them as a financier for two air purifiersIt originated with their dishonest lending practices where they tried to assess interest that did not existAfter being blown off by their shift supervisorI sent out the full payment for my purchase, with a letter detailing my extreme dissatisfaction with their dishonest business practiceOne would assume that would be the end of it

I purchased a bed making a $downpayment and said I would pay the balance after the bed was deliveredThey had me sign a installment contract which allows business day for cancellation of the agreementThe bed was delivered on January 11th and I received a invoice on January from PCI FINANCE companyI paid the balance due (amount financed) and wrote on the check "PAID IN FULL" Now the finance company is saying I still owe interest charges even though balance was paid in less than days!!

I purchased this equipment with the knowledge that I have a year to pay the amount in full with no interestI missed payments due to my husband being deployed and not working at the current timeI scheduled a payment and it was returned due to my bank account being hacked and the bank closed my accountThey charged me a dollars additional because they said I was not allowed to miss any payments within the yearI was never disclosed that when going over my contractThey stated it says that on back on the contract in small writing but that was not the details I was givenThis is totally wrong and I should have been told that in the beginningNot after I'm going through a hardship

Preferred Credit Incengaged in unfair credit practices by never providing information of a 22% interest rate before or during the purchase of our Saladmaster products in October We weren't made aware of this 22% interest rate until we received our first bil in late Novemeber We have sent proof of our documentation that does not show we agreed to this rate We were led to believe we were just paying off the balance of the loan amount We have attempted to contact Preferred Credit Incmultiple times and request the recorded call file for additional evidence that we didn't agree to this 22% interest rate which has never been provided and ignored We have only been told their lawyers reviewed the document sent and we had no recourse

Trying to pay off my Kirby after months of $payments.I called weeks ago and they quoted today its The total of Kirby is 1320.How so?

I have contacted this company after my credit card was stolen and I knew my autopay did not come out of my account
Once I called them on Oct.10th, I was told that I would receive a late fee because I called outside of my grace period, which would have been on the 10thThis made no sense to me, since I was calling on the 10th dayI was then told that I would not be recieving the late fee since I made the payment online with the agent on the phone and there would not be a NSF for the time they tried to with draw the fundsI later called on the 26th to get a payoff quote to and was told I still owed for the NSF, now this just didn't seem right, I had never had any issues and I am on Autopay and pay my bill every month

Payment applications seem shady I am paying additional payments on my account I asked the company to apply the extra payments to the principal and NOT be considered a future payment on an installment After speaking with service representatives I was told they could not apply additional payments directly to the principal because this was a pre-computed loan No where the loan document does it state that it is pre-computed, or what the ramifications are regarding prepayment

This company is a money hungry jokeTbey do not care to help anyoneThey only care about rwcieving as much money from you as possibleI should never have gotten involved with themI will be paying this off as quickly as I can just to escape themA 22% interest rate on a $purchase (was supposed to be $1800!) Who does that? We don't have an interest rate that high on anything! We have great credit and still this company doesn't careI begged them to help and got nothing but rude peopleEven the supervisor talked to me lile I was stupidThen on here all they respond with is some generic repetitive auto responseThey DO NOT care about their clients/costumersThis is utterly ridiculous
