Requested a itemized statement, and still they could not explain why suddenly I had this big bill As I was making extra payments which they would not take off the principle, I was told that I would always have to pay the interest, even though I would request to apply the additional money to the principle

This company has ridiculous fee for just NOT wanting them to have access to your bank account for automatic payment Either you agree to autopay or get charged $for a monthly statement Something which you well know they have to have some sort of version of to begin with in order to track the monthly payments Absolute robbery DO NOT USE them if you do not want them in your bank account

In early November 2017, I contacted Preferred Credit to change the bank information that was being used to debit my monthly payment from one banking institution to another one I received confirmation that the funds will be debited from the new bank account provided Yesterday, December 19, 2017, I checked the old account and the new account and discovered that money had been debited from both accounts for the monthly payment When this occurred, there was not enough money in the original account to cover the monthly payment so my bank covered the $monthly charge and added a $fee for a total of $ As of now, my account is $overdrawn and I don't have the funds to cover the fee I called Preferred Credit on 12-19-and explained their error The person on the phone said to send to him either via email or fax the bank statement and they would refund the money I had my daughter take care of this because I am years of age and don't have the capabilities

How is it that Preferred Credit, IncHas an A+ rating with almost all NEGATIVE reviews? This is outstanding? How did they finagle their way into an A+ rating? I personally have a complaint to file against them as well I will be doing so when I close this email What? Does a company just lie to you and say that all of these negative comments are unfounded or the reviews are unfounded so you believe them? This company is reporting an account to my credit file that does not belong to me and giving me the run around with correcting it

Back in October I mailed in my payment and long as it reached them by November 10,
I would not be days late I was told on 11/12/that no payment had been received So, I said
since you do not know where my check is I was canceling the check but then I was told not to do it
in case it was in processing but right now we need a payment immediately or your account will be
days past due And so, that my payment would never be past due I got the online information
and was told as long as I made a payment by the 29th day I would not be past due
But now I am being told years later that I have always been past due days even when I have made
payments earlier then the due date the 10th of each month They said cause they could not contact me
by phone per my request they no other way to let me know this

PCI was deceitful, rude, unhelpful and incredibly unprofessionalI dealt with "Monsi", "Mary", "Mark T." (supposedly the manager) and finally "Jolene", all with the exception of "Jolene" were rude, passive aggressive and just outright unhelpfulA

Horrible CompanyI changed my payment account and dateThey still drafted my old account and old payment date making that account negative and giving me an overdraft fee with that bank and a late fee with them then proceeded to do a "retry" payment days later and then telling me that they are still going draft another payment on my new account and new date and will not waive any fees i've incurred with them even though when I called to change my payment account and date that they said they deleted the old one and I would not be charged anymoreLIES they just try to rack up the fees along with high interest to get as much money as possible out of youTOTAL SCAM

Signed contract to pay paymentsI was calculated and given payments of $each month Beginning February 20,I paid a few months with $and then I started paying $and $coz I wanted to pay off earlier than monthsI called the company to ask if they could work out how much I will need to pay if they calculated me paying it in monthsI was told they cannot do that but instead I could payoff in one day I would have to pay $

My problem is that I paid off loan on 2/22/and verified with CSA that it was closed since check cleared my bank account My account was drafted for $on 3/1/bc the next CSA I spoke with said my account was not closed I was told I had to wait to weeks for my refund It has been weeks still no return They messed up but I am the one who has been inconvenienced

I regret that I got ever involved with this pseudo companyThey are the worse of the worseTheir only purpose of existence is to steal hard-earned money from naive people
They hate to receive payments to be applied to capitalBe aware because most of your payments will go to interest alone and only a fraction to the capital
Their website does not have an option to make payments to capital and even their staff need a supervisor's approval to do so One thing, I created my web profile when I received the letter from them and it did not work but until I spoke with one of their customer services agents
Do yourself a huge favor and do not get any business whatsoever with Preferred CreditI had to get money from 401K to cancel this debt; that's how bad it is
They prey on people and they know it that's why they will insist you to "explain you" their conditions before opening the account so you don't have any right for claim
