See attachment.   In our replies to you and in the previous reply to the Revdex.com, we acknowledge that we initially declined your claim inadvertently. Within less than 16 hours we resolved the error by crediting your account with the offer. Again, we did not instruct you to cancel your order. You chose to cancel your order rather than to wait 24 hours for your issue to be reviewed as stated in the auto reply when you submitted your request. Most stores have a 30-45 day return policy, if you later decided to cancel your order. Unfortunately, after an order has been placed, a modification, in any way, for any reason, will result in the reversal and cancellation of your cash back. This was predominantly displayed at the top of the “See rules.” popup for the offer you clicked.   We also reviewed and responded to all of your correspondence, as well as escalated your issue to the highest level. In doing so, we also reviewed your account history. In 17 months as a member, you had 25 customer service inquiries and submitted 18 missing transaction claims. You were given 10 courtesy approvals and 5 courtesy credits for denials, all for purchases that CouponCabin received no compensation for. Given your displeasure with how we operate our business and the abnormally high administrative costs we were, and still are incurring to maintain your account, we felt it was mutually beneficial to part ways. We accelerated your pending cash back payable dates at the risk of us not receiving commission from the stores, and issued a final payment to you of $290.42 on 1/24/2018.

days, from time-to-time, some transactions don't get reported to us by our stores and don't post. When this happens, CouponCabin and its partner stores have a process to look up a missing order so that it can be reviewed and credited. This process varies by store and unfortunately can take some time. We haven't been paid for the missing order, so we are not able to provide you with cash back.This procedure for a missing transaction is explained in the terms and conditions that you have twice agreed to, and was explained several times in email messages to you.

Please note that the popup window is shown any time you click on a cashback link. Again, we truly would like to issue this for you, however, as this transaction did not track successfully and as CouponCabin did not receive a commission here, we would be unable to do so."
