– 3 business days for the first order.  Additionally, your second order has arrived to you with free next business day shipping. For a total refund of $124.51 plus the additional $24.95 for the shipping on the second order.
The shipping method that was chosen was economy shipping which is our least expensive option and does not have a guaranteed delivery time frame. The post office did mistakenly deliver it to an incorrect address however they did retrieve the package and deliver it to you. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how the packages are handled once they leave our warehouse. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

We did offer a workaround because the customer was unhappy with how our return policy works, once we got the part back and the [redacted] seen that there was signs of installation on the spade that the wire plug into the board. We did...

not want the customer to be without both part and money.
When we send out the return information it does state on it that parts have to be in resalable condition in order to receive a refund, even if the part is plugged into the appliance it does count as being used and we are not able to resell it so the parts are discarded.

Easy Appliance Parts told us they threw our returned item away and would not provide it back to us to validate their claim that it appeared to have been installed. If it "Appeared to have been Installed" that was the condition we received it from Easy Appliance Parts. It was Never Installed by us. The box was opened, item inspected and resealed in its original packaging and returned. It was Never Installed. Instead they suggested (after they threw it away) that they could file a claim with the manufacturer [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:i do not wish to consider this complaint closed. Although easy appliance has now after I contacted Revdex.com sent missing pieces their lack of communication and timely response caused me to have to order the pieces missing elsewhere at an extra out of pocket expense of $15.82.  I ordered from the because the had an A+ Revdex.com rating which now after looking at website trustpilot I see they have had many complaints..please consider reviewing their rating as well...thank you for your time [redacted]

Checking on your order the part does show that the switches are suppose to be part of the assembly. Usually what we do is create a refund for the part you ordered and get it returned to the warehouse and we place an order for a new part with your model #. But in this...

case the part is an on ordered part and will take much longer than necessary for you issue. I have created a new order with the warehouse and the 2 switches are being processed as we speak and will be shipping out later today.
