I used Shopkick with no problems for over yearsBut last week I received a "WARNING" stating they were giving me one free pass but I had violated the rules and if I did it again, I would be bannedAfter reading the rules, I didn't see where I had violated the terms and since I wasn't sure what I had done, I wrote Customer Service for clarity MAJOR MISTAKE! I received a form email back saying I was now banned and no further informationI thought it was some mistake because I had not been banned until I wrote them, so I wrote them again explaining the situationI received another form letter that said we don't have to tell you why you were banned and we will no longer communicate with you on this matterTo make it even worse, once they ban you from Shopkick, you can no longer comment on FaceBookSo I had a friend, who is not a member, write them on FacebookThey deleted her comments and blocked her from commenting too! I then noticed negative comments were deleted quickly off the site I was shocked that I would be banned for asking a question and they would practice such censorshipSo I started researchingI found this is standard practice for Shopkick, especially if you have faithfully used the app and aquired a large amount of points over timeI truly wonder if there is a economic reason for their customer treatment I realize this is a free appI realize there may be some who cheat the app, but I don't understand how they can ban you for asking questionsThat's censorship! Plus, a good customer service would at least give you an opportunity to be heard to see if there was a mistake or reasonable explanationHORRIBLE CENSORSHIP! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was referred to PM Painting by a friend of mine who had the exterior of her home painted by them last year***, the owner was extremely helpful to me during my experienceI know little about the painting industry and he took the time to explain the process of what he was going to be doing to the interior of my home, as I was concernedHim and his employees were very respectful and courteous to me and my family while on the job not to mention very knowledgeableWhen the job was finished I found no traces of paint splatter, no scratches on anything and I REALLY appreciated that they respected my home as much as they didI've since re-hired them to fix up my back deck and re-stain it and I'm confident I will get the same quality I've gotten on the first jobI would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting good quality work

I do realize that BBB probably could not do better than the Attorney General's... office, however, I wanted to send the complaint to BBB and let others know the problem I had and forewarn others that they might just encounter the same results. Our deck was covered in mold and looked really roughAfter a good cleaning and a new stain it feels like a brand new deck! It looks fantastic and the guys were extremely timely and professional! Will use them again!

The hold times were too great so a written response is being sent.*** *** was first seen at our Lehighton office on 5/18/At this time, the different types of hearing help were explained to him and he decided on a particular level of help to which he signed a purchase agreement with the total cost listed and a disclosure agreement.On 6/3/*** *** was fit with his hearing aids and he kept his return follow up visitsDuring one of those follow up visits, *** *** expressed that he received his bill and he couldn't afford the monthly paymentAt that time, a lesser model hearing aid was ordered and fit on 7/14/The difference in price was credited to his account shortly after his model change.On 8/27/15, *** *** was seen for a follow up appointment to which he complained he was being charged late fees from *** *** (the lending institution used to carry our payment plans)*** *** was advised at that time to contact *** *** since we can not speak on his behalf and to explain the situation to them that the correct amount was processed by this time.We contacted *** *** upon receiving this complaint and they credited *** ***'s late fees that have occurred on his accountOne from 9/22/in the amount of $and they have credited eight months of late fees worth $*** *** confirmed that he made one call to them to resolve this issue and that took place recently on 5/31/which was to have his due date altered to the 16th of the month.Thank you for your time.Sincerely,Amy B.Hearing Instrument ConsultantJeff SMiracle Ear Manager
