Shopkick Inc is fraudulently banning accounts out of spite and cheating innocent people out of their virtual currency... I was sent a email by [redacted] confirming my virtual currency has been stolen due to a total false reason to ban my account, they will lie their way into cheating people out of their hard earned virtual currency...they have confiscated hundreds or maybe even thousands of accounts....higher authorities must investigate this fraudulent system...such as the police, google play , apple and all major stores who have affiliated with the program...this is a criminal act and should not be permitted in a country where crime and theft does not prevail....,

Please note I worked very hard to earn my vuirtual currency as I had to refer friends (over 30 people) I had to convince them the program was not a virus and explain to them how the program works (i talked very highly about the program as at the time I thought of the program as a very great program)

Now who has the right to make someone work (2 full days) and then deny them their payment.

how could they treat good, honest, loyal people like this?
the app even accused me of being a "bad person"

This criminal practice and behavior is unacceptable and needs to be stopped immediately.

People have invested into the app with their credit cards, with their gas to drive to locations and they have costed users their own money and money they deserved and earned within their program.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I should not have been bill at all, till you knew if I was going to keep them and I should not have had late payment charges at all. I had 60 days to decide if I was going to keep them. and I gave them back in due time.

I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed by the workmanship and the promptness of PM Painting LLC. I would highly recommend them and I would certainly hire them again in the future. And lastly, they did an outstanding job!

How do I send my own acceptance letter from your letter?

I do realize that Revdex.com probably could not do better than the Attorney General's...

office, however, I wanted to send the complaint to Revdex.com and let others know the problem I had and forewarn others that they might just encounter the same results.

I do appreciate your help, thank you!

Hi [redacted], All billing involving patients with [redacted] benefits is handled directly between [redacted] and [redacted]. I have reached out to [redacted] and they have responded per below: Good afternoon [redacted]—hopefully this helps: > > We show a processed refund for [redacted] on 8/5/14 in the...

amount of $4,190. [redacted] to states Mr. [redacted] did not make a payment in time and received a late fee. [redacted] instructed to have Mr. [redacted] contact [redacted] and ask for the fees to be waived. The # for [redacted] is ###-###-####. If you have any questions, please contact [redacted]

I've used PM Painting on three separate occasions now and have always been very happy with the work. They are professional, neat and timely and the rates are very reasonable. I would recommend them.

Thanks to P[redacted] and his crew for doing a great job on our house. They were very neat and efficient. Our house looks great. We would recommend you to anybody looking for painting done.

Mr. [redacted] was in for an evaluation on 12/8/2014 and was found to not have a hearing loss requiring hearing aids. The mail piece offer for the free gas card is clear and there must be a tested hearing loss in order to receive the gift card. For this reason he was not eligible for the free card. As...

a matter of good faith however a gas card will be mailed to him today.Thank you,[redacted]President

For ANY painting, staining, or other work they do, PM Painting IS the place to call. Very friendly, very professional, very conscientious, and very good at what they do. I would more than highly recommend them for your next home beautification project!!! (and I am a bit picky)

I have used PM Painting for a number of jobs now and will only use them! They do an excellent job and are old school professional! When you call..you get a call back..they inform you of all the details of the job to be done....they give you a reasonable quote which they stick to and clean up after themselves they way I would do....customer service experts!!!

PM Painting did a wonderful job on my metal siding for my house. It looks brand new!
I will use this company again and you should also. On time, in budget and great work!

Another five star review! Very professional, always prompt and work is nothing less than perfection. Thank you again for a great job. My kitchen looks beautiful!

Pete and his assistant were tasked with painting my large living room and offshoot dining room. I had just had a miserable experience with another painter on a large and expensive project covering the rest of my house, so I was a bit leery of all painters.
I'm not 100% on the color for the living room (it's lighter than what I initially wanted), but it's a good color and I'll come around completely to it, I'm sure. The plaster cove around both rooms was also caulked and painted; the ceiling was left alone, as was the trim.
They did a great job. Not one drip on the floor that I see, nor on any of the furniture, They were very careful moving my furniture away from the walls, and put it all back at the end of the day. Very professional and very careful.
The job took most of the day, and it looks great. No question that I would recommend Pete. He does a beautiful job, and I wish I'd found him before now.

Review: I responded to an offer that came to me (in my name) in the mail. The offer was, make an appt to have hearing tested on Feb. 1,2,3,or4. Complete the testing and receive a $100 restaurant card. No obligation required. An asterisk at the bottom stated, tested hearing loss required to qualify for the $100 card. I called and made an appt for Feb. 1st @ 1:00. I showed up at the scheduled time, filled out all the paperwork, and gave them the offer ad that I received in the mail. I proceeded to have my hearing exam and test. At the conclusion of the test, the examiner told me that I had some hearing loss, but not enough to warrant a hearing aid. On the way out , I asked the receptionist about the free card. The examiner/tech came back out and said my hearing loss was not bad enough to qualify for the card. I replied that the offer did not state that the hearing loss had to be severe. I also said that I felt the offer was deceptive advertising.Desired Settlement: issuance of the $100 restaurant card , as offered.

Response:

February 9, 2016 Ms. [redacted] The Revdex.com Dear Ms. [redacted], Thank you for informing us of Mr. [redacted]s complaint. As the ad to which he responded indicates, to qualify for the gift card the new candidate must have a tested hearing loss. As explained to him by our associate, his hearing evaluation results indicate he would not qualify for the gift card; however, as a measure of good faith, we will send the gift card to his home. Please ask him to allow 4 to 6 weeks for the card to arrive.Sincerely,Julia [redacted] President & CEO Hearing Instruments, Inc.

Review: December 10,2012,[redacted],at the Brentwood, PA office, cleaned my hearing aids. My left hearing aid did not work properly after that. Dec.28,2012 returned left hearing aid to [redacted] and she sent it for repair.Got it back Jan.08,2013 and still wasn't working properly. It kept turning off. Had it back several times only to be told that it was working properly. Finally, May 22,2013, [redacted] Weiss at the Brentwood location, said that she had to send it out to be repaired, while it was still under it's 3 year warranty. My warranty expired June2,2013. Got my hearing aid back May31,2013 which was a Friday. Hearing aid still cutting out and turning off. Warranty expired on Sunday. Called the Brentwood office to explain that the hearing aid was still not working properly. It was supposed to be repaired under warranty. [redacted] set me up for a hearing test Oct. 14,2013. A representative [redacted],from Miracle Ears Johnstown office was there to see if he could fix it. He was prying in the battery compartment with an exacto knife, and said it looked like a broken termenal. So,I asked if it would be repaired under warranty, like it was supposed to be in Dec and May. He then tried to sell me new hearing aids and all I wanted was my left hearing aid fixed. He said that it would cost me $195. for the repair. What happened to it being repaired under warranty. It was never repaired properly. Why should I have to pay for repair now. What a rip off. The company should stand good for the repair until the repair is done right. It should have been done right from the get go. I am very unsatisfied with Miracle Ear. They drag it out for so long with no satifaction. How rediculous. This all started when [redacted] cleaned my hearing aids in December 2012 and it's been an unresolved problem with no help from that office. [redacted] and [redacted] said pay and it will be repaired. So, now I have a left hearing aid that doesn't work at all and they won't repair it without me paying first. I shouldn't have to pay. Just fix it.Desired Settlement: Repair the left hearing aid, like it was supposed to be, when it did have a warranty. Fix it right or replace it, at companies expense. I'm sick of fighting with Brentwood office.

Review: I got hearing aids on a 60 day trial period, and without my permission and I did not know if I was going to keep them or not. They charged to [redacted] and also to the [redacted] for a total of 4275.46 to each. The [redacted] said they received there money back, but this [redacted] keeps sending me bills and charging me late charges + the payments. I gave back the hearing aids back before my trial period was up and was told I would not have anything to pay, but I am still getting harnessed by this [redacted] ( [redacted] )who I guess financed them. there address is [redacted] my acct.# [redacted]. The male that handle my visit at Bedford Pa. Miracle-Ear was [redacted]. I feel that he was not up front with me and deceived me. Thank You [redacted]Desired Settlement: To have them not harass or charge me, this is going against my credit score and would like them to make this right.

Regards,

Review: My complaint is regarding a hearing aid purchased from Miracle Ear. Purchased October 22, 2013. The first pair I was shown cost $8000. I said I couldn't afford it and asked to see another pair.He ([redacted], the Audiologist at their office on McKnight Rd. Pgh.Pa.)said that was the only pair he had . He couldn't have all the different kinds of aids and said the only difference was the decimals. I purchased one aid at $1895. I had a coupon from [redacted] for $50. My aid cost was $1845. From day one I was never able to understand words. I told [redacted] on my first visit my problem and he said he could adjust the aid; that went on until I finally made an appointment with Dr. [redacted] PhD Director of Audiology at [redacted] in Pittsburgh,Pa. Dr. [redacted] asked me to bring with me a copy of the hearing test. Miracle Ear refused to fax a copy to Dr. [redacted]. Dr. [redacted] said she could test their aid, here is her result "THE CURRENT FITTING IS COMPLETELY INADEQUATE FOR THE PATIENT'S HEARING LOSS". Dr [redacted] proceeds to explain how to correct this problem.in the letter. I tried many times to get in touch with someone from their office in Camp Hill, finally, a Mr. [redacted] called me and I explained my problem, offered to fax him a copy of Dr. [redacted]'s letter and he refused it. He said he would talk with [redacted] and get back to me the next week, Never heard from him again. I had another visit with [redacted] and offered him the letter, he refused it and said he didn't believe her. Such arrogance! That is when I contacted the Attorney General's Office. Agent [redacted] and my file #[redacted] wrote me saying they did all they could and that I may want to see my Magisterial District Judge. Miracle Ear did offer to make sure that my aid fits properly or give me a free upgrade. They are working in conjunction with [redacted]. I had asked for a refund which they refused. saying I had sixty days to return the aid. I am well aware of my contract, however, I was giving [redacted] and Miracle Ear every opportunity to "fix" the problem. [redacted] never offered any solution except telling me come back as often as you like. They give you free batteries for a year but if the aid is inadequate nothing else matters. In my opinion Miracle Ear has absolutely no customer service and that [redacted] is in my opinion incompetent. I have no confidence in Miracle Ear . A letter from [redacted] Claim Administrator with [redacted] wrote that the hearing aid is not malfunctioning and is working as it should. Which in my opinion means "one size fits all".Maybe it is working as it should; however, not for my particular severe hearing loss.Desired Settlement: If [redacted] knew he was not capable of delivering me an aid for my severe hearing loss he should have said so, obviously in my opinion [redacted] is just selling hearing aids. Once they receive the money their is no customer service. They tell you can come back forever but what good is it when the aid is inadequate. I would like a refund!.

How do I send my own acceptance letter from your letter?

Review: I was to receive a free 20.00 [redacted] gas card with a free hearing evaluation. I did all that and was denied the card because I do not require any services from Miracle - Ear. The verbiage was miss leading on the card I received in the mail. In fact the card you tear off to present for the gas card has no mention of not receiving a gas card because you passed their hearing examine. The perk of the gas card offer was to get you into their business, and when they could not sell me anything they had small print to deny the gas card, but the small print is not on the card you present for the gas card.Desired Settlement: I would like the gas card I was told I would get by the words I read in their ad.

Review: I went into the Miracle ear located in [redacted] at the [redacted] Mall with no knowledge of hearing aids. The salesman was somewhat gruff and sold me a pair of hearing aids which caused me a great deal of trouble. They were very difficult to put in and the batteries did not last. I only wore them for about 4 days and decided to give them back for a refund. My complaint is that the contract read that a non refundable 15% "fitting fee" was included. These hearing aids required no fitting at all. I don't feel that these hearing aids are made up of a piece that was placed over the ear and a soft round receiver that needed to be pushed into your ear canal joined buy a thin hose. This item can be used on anyone with no "fitting" required. It would be different if a mold had to be made but that was not the case and I feel that due to no fitting required there I should not have to pay a fitting charge.Desired Settlement: Since I only wore the aids 4 days at most and there was absolutely no fitting that was done I should receive the entire cost of the hearing aids that were difficult to adjust besides returned to me.
