I would highly recommend to stay away from this coI was charged $on my original purchase of this product which was deducted from my checking account, the co raised the price to $per bottle without notifying the customer and that amount was taken out of my account twice This also happened to my sister, and she informed me! Beware auto-ship customers! I then called the Co and was put on hold foreverThey refunded the difference and I cancelled the auto-ship It was very upsetting dealing with this situationCustomer service rep was rather rude and I was on the phone dealing with this issue for a lengthy period of time!

This product does not work and they do NOT back it up with a refund The customer service is very gruff and only responds to threats to contact the Revdex.com if you want a refund PURE RUBISH!!

I cancelled this monthly program on March They refunded the amount of $after I notified my credit card companyThen the charge was put back on my card on 5/I spoke to a supervisor with Miracle Phytoceramides and was told that I had lost the dispute with my credit card company and that my credit card company had put the charge back on my cardI called Discover and they said that that was a lie! I opened another dispute with Discover and the same day I received another shipment of the productI called them again and they told me that it was my fault because I didn't tell them that I had ordered the product twice from themI had indeed! Same shipping addressBut I was rudely informed that I had two email addresses and two phone numbers...I certainly do! So what! When I cancelled back in March I told them that I wanted ALL shipments cancelled and yet I am still getting billed and receiving shipmentsI was told yesterday that they were refunding my money AND that my account had been frozen and that I had been barred from ever ordering their product againAll of this simply because I cancelled their montly plan?? I hope that they have refunded my money and have truly cancelled my account!! But how do I know since all they do is lie about it? And by the way, their monthly program is buried in their fine print and they have multiple websites and offers on this 'Mircle Facelift in a Pill'
All I did was order the product and thought that it was helping to restore some moisture to my skin, so I ordered some more of it on a 50% off promotionI spent over $with this company and somehow missed this monthly program both times! I have a masters degree and have never been accused of being unable to read before! I think that this is a deceitful and poor way of conducting business...I just want to quit being billed and all shipments stopped! When I called in March and cancelled ALL further shipments that sould have been suffucient!

We do not specify nor advertise any changes in the skin texture a customer will experience while consuming our product. The product is used as an aide in wrinkle reduction. The results will always vary for each customer. [redacted] placed the order on 04/22/14 for our package of Buy 3 Get 2 Free for $149.94. We did not receive any notification from the consumer for the first three months of her order, and it recurred at the 50% discounted rate of $22.63 for her monthly membership. The consumer returned three products which were received on 08/07/14, without any contact, by phone or e-mail. The account was then disputed by her bank on 08/14/14. She contacted us on 08/19/14 and had a conversation with one of our representatives, she requested a supervisor, and was called back in regards to her account. Over the phone, the supervisor verified the three returned bottles, and issued a credit for the items returned. This was agreed upon with the supervisor and the consumer received an e-mail to confirm the refund. The credit is given only as a courtesy since it is not guaranteed that any customer will receive a credit. We do not offer a money-back guarantee on our website, and only offer a 30-day return policy period, which expired originally in May 2014. We are however invested in full custoemr service and will refund her the remaining charges onto her account.
