Miracle Phytoceramides Reviews (49)

Obviously, Dr Oz needs to know about the unprofessional business methods of this group. They simply never answer the phone! Do not order or you will be shipped product and never be able to get thru to anyone. And of course - the product does nothing! Such a waste of time and money.

Review: I ordered a product that is claimed to combat aging. The advertisement said bury 3 bottles for $29.99 each and receive 2 free bottles. As I proceeded throughout the checkout process I realized how little information was included on the transaction and at final checkout the bill that I was expecting to be around $90 plus some shipping and handling turned out to be $149.94. I tried to go back to see what the extra charges were for but I could not scroll back and when I clicked on the initial website I was directed someplace completely different. I immediately contacted my credit card company to cancel the transaction but apparently that was not possible. Upon receiving the product I did not open the package, I put the entire package in a new envelope and mailed it back to the return address. In the meantime my credit card company ([redacted]) went through a dispute resolution process and in a letter to me dated June 2, 2014 they said they would be charging my account because the vendor (Miracle Phytoceramides) had not received the return shipment. On June 12 I called Miracle Phytoceramides to see what's going on and they told me they received the return product on May 2, 2014 but they would not refund my money because the credit card company ([redacted]) had already "settled the dispute" by saying they'd charge me anyway because the product was not received and I had no proof that the produce t had been returned. I'm screwed either way and refuse to pay fro a product I do not want and feel was misrepresented from the get-go. I still have no idea why the total came to $149.94! They said they could mail the package back to me but I do not want the product nor do I want anything to do with the Miracle Phytoceramides company. And in fact, the spam to my email related to this product account has increased 10-fold since I naively made the transaction.Desired Settlement: I, in good faith, sent the product back and the vendor verbally confirmed to me that they received the returned product. I have no physical proof that the item was returned but that is not the dispute any longer unless Miracle Phytoceramides decides to lie about that fact. They need to release the refund to [redacted] and clear my transaction with the credit card company. I refuse to pay for something I truly feel is false and misleading advertising with regards to what they are charging for their product. I also take issue with their manipulation of access to their website.

Review: I ordered product under a promotional offer buy 3 bottles get 2 free. After using 2 1/2 bottles over a 2 1/2 month period I developed a severe allergic reaction. I was covered in hives head to toe. My face broke out in a rash. I discontinued usage called Miracle Phytoceramide and emailed them with no response. My American Express card was charged for an additional bottle of product. Once again I called and emailed the company with no response. I mailed the product back and disputed the charge on my American Express Card. The complany told american express they would not cancel the charge to my card. Once again I called and emailed Miracle Phystoceramides without response. Today after waiting on hold for ten minutes I reached [redacted] who told they would only refund the original 5 bottles within 30 days. I explained the reaction did not happen for 75 days. He told me that was their policy. I inquired about the dispute. He told me he would refund me only if I cancelled the dispute with amex which had already been denied by Miracle Phytoceramides.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for product ordered. The total spend was

172.57. The first purchase 4-23-14 149.94, the second shipment 7-21-14.

We did not receive any notification from the consumer for the first three months of her order, and it recurred at the 50% discounted rate of $22.63 for her monthly membership. The consumer returned three products which were received on 08/07/14, without any contact, by phone or e-mail. The account was then disputed by her bank on 08/14/14. She contacted us on 08/19/14 and had a conversation with one of our representatives, she requested a supervisor, and was called back in regards to her account. Over the phone, the supervisor verified the three returned bottles, and issued a credit for the items returned. This was agreed upon with the supervisor and the consumer received an e-mail to confirm the refund. The credit is given only as a courtesy since it is not guaranteed that any customer will receive a credit. Review: Please refer to the recent complaint I sent to the company:

Dear Sir(s): I have been trying to contact you by phone last week and this, without getting an

agent on the line. As you will note from the above, I did not authorize the shipment I

received on 6/28 for $22.63. I have not used this bottle and have completed my use

of the first two bottles. The product did nothing to improve my skin and I am very

unhappy. I understand you give a full refund if the product does not do what you say

it does. I can return the unopened bottle and the last empty used one if you like.

However, if the product doesn't work, it's no good to anyone. Please respond.

I purchased this product on 5/29/14 for $48.00 and was sent (without authorization) another

bottle on 6/28 for $22.63. Since the product did not work, I would like a full refund.Below is

their so-called satisfaction guarantee. Since they do not answer phone calls or emails, I

hope you will be able to help me.

SATISFACTION: We want You to be satisfied with our products and services. If you are ever not satisfied with any product that you ordered, you may call our customer service department toll-free at 1-877-394-5570 and request a refund.Desired Settlement: A credit on my Visa card for $70.63

After receiving notices from the company that my Visa Credit Card was being credited with refunds, Visa tells me no credits were issued. I attempted to reply to

Miracle Phytoceramides on the emails they sent me, but the replies failed to transmit. Since I can't reach them by phone, I am at a loss about what to do next, Please

advise. If you are able to contact them, ask them to call me at [redacted] Many thanks.

Review: The original order I received gave me a rash. I received a second order I did not order in March 2014. Called them([redacted]) and informed them of rash and that I was returning the second bottle unopened for a refund. Wrote letter [redacted] 3/11/14 to accompany the return. I never got a refund or response. Decided to dispute it on my Visa to get money back. However, unable to as original charge was valid. Spoke my bank today and charge can't be reversed need to collect from Merchant. Called Merchant today spoke with [redacted], scolded me for filing a dispute told him I didn't know what else to do. He refused to refund my money and only offered to send me more product. That gives me a rash! I find this companies business practice very unethical and want my $22.63 back for the unopened product that was mailed back to them. I even have the post office receipt to prove I sent it back. Please help me get my money back.Desired Settlement: Please help me get my $22.63 back for a product that was returned unopened that gives me a rash.
