Obviously, Dr Oz needs to know about the unprofessional business methods of this group. They simply never answer the phone! Do not order or you will be shipped product and never be able to get thru to anyone. And of course - the product does nothing! Such a waste of time and money.

Thank you so much for your assistance with my refund.  Miracle Phytoceramides claimed to receive no previous phone or email messages from me although I left several voice messages, emails and a hand written note within my return package in July.  Without your help I do not believe I would have been refunded.  Their offer to me yesterday was only to refund only 2 bottles equivalent to 57.98.  After your involvement I received 2 additional emails refunding 91.96 and 22.63.  As a consumer it is wonderful to have organizations like the Revdex.com to turn to when issues cannot be resolved between consumer and seller.

Mrs. [redacted] placed the order on 01/13/14 for our package of 3 month supply at $104.97 that includes a 50% discounted monthly membership for $22.63 after 60 days from the original order date. Her account was charged on 03/14/14 for this discounted rate as a part of the monthly membership. She had contacted our customer service and verified she did not want the second bottle. She was given a courtesy credit of $22.63 to her account for the 1 unopened bottle of Miracle Phytoceramides. The customer accepted this and the refund was issued on 03/20/14. She would have received an e-mail confirmation to verify the refund had processed and her account was cancelled from all other billing and shipping. We also verify on the phone and in the e-mail, refunds can take up to seven business days to process. She called into customer service again on 03/27 to confirm the refund had been processed. She was given a refund transaction ID number to confirm the refund. We notified her it had been processed the day she was notified. Based on the information in the e-mail, she got our refund, assumed it was from the bank, and disputed the charge regardless. We issued that refund, and the account is considered closed. I would highly recommend to stay away from this co. I was charged $22.63 on my original purchase of this product which was deducted from my checking account, the co raised the price to $49.00 per bottle without notifying the customer and that amount was taken out of my account twice. This also happened to my sister, and she informed me! Beware auto-ship customers! I then called the Co and was put on hold forever. They refunded the difference and I cancelled the auto-ship.
It was very upsetting dealing with this situation. Customer service rep was rather rude and I was on the phone dealing with this issue for a lengthy period of time!

This is a horrible company to work with. I have been a loyal customer since February of this year, signed up for guaranteed monthly rate of $22.63. After having fraud charges on my account on Nov 8, I received my new card number yesterday and called to update. They tell me they have cancelled my membership and special rate and if I'd like to be a customer again it will be $49.95 a month. I spoke to one rude representative and 2 different managers, both unwilling to reinstate my account. No respect for loyal customers like myself. There are many equal products on the market that offer a better rate and have rated better in customer service....Plus the bottle in the photo shows a silver top and full of product, when you receive it looks nothing like the photo

Review: This company fraudulently represented a product that Dr OZ endorsed on his TV show... they were not endorsed as a representatives as stated on their website the minute you enter "Phytocermides" into google their name appears with all the credits with Dr. OZ.

I purchased this product as a food supplement, vitamin type of pill that would improve aging skin, not miraculously make one young again. I ordered the product and received it the next morning!! it was a sunday. I was amazed.... this should have been a sign..

I took this product that evening before bed and awoke in the morning with severe swelling in my legs and feet and a horrible sick feeling. I immediately knew it was this product. I phoned them on and off all day and they were always busy. I finally started leaving messages.....still no return call. Tuesday I tried again all day - I left messages regarding the side effects I experienced with this pill. No one returned my call.. I called for several days and did some on line research and found that they have been selling other ridiculous supplements also from this address. I decided I had been screwed out of $150.00 Then... just today I get another package in the mail from them for this product... and they charged my credit card for it. I call this company again & advised them that I was reporting them everywhere I could. My Bank is investing this as fraud.. they had heard about these companies claiming Dr. OZ claims - I will report to [redacted], the Revdex.com anyone who will listen. I want all my money back. I now have found others too that have been taken advantage of. Please advise if there is anything you can do.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed. This is fraud.

Review: I purchased (5) bottles of Miracle Phytoceramides (a face Lift in a bottle). $89.99 a bottle. I wrote to the company in San Diego twice and never got a response. The instructions were to take the capsules for a full month before you would see any results. No result not even the a slight difference. I also had stomach problems every time I took the capsule. I started to take the second bottle and finished the second bottle and still not a slight difference, still having stomach problems. I went to my doctor and he told me to get off the capsules. He told me to contact the Attorney General of California and report this company. He want to know what 350 mg Phytooceramides. I have three unused bottles the Miracle Phytoceramides and my doctor said it is very important not to take anymore. He put me on Dicyclomine and make a return appointment in the next three weeks. I contacted the Revdex.com because you have helped me in the past and I fell confident filing this complaint with you knowing I will get an answer and a resolution.Desired Settlement: Full refund.

Review: This company uses very deceptive advertising in their pricing. Additionally they sent, unauthorized, additional product to me, using my original order credit card information. I requested cancellation of the order immediately and a refund to my credit card. I told them Iwould not pay shipping for a return at which point I was told to just keep the product.They assured me they had sent a refund: Cancellation Order #:[redacted] issued 3/14/2014.I called my credit card company who immediately cancelled any future use of my card for MiracleP. and my cr.crd co. issued a temporary refund of the charge.As the refund has never been issued to my credit card by Miracle Phytoceramides, and they insist it has, I have called at least 3-4 times to inquire. M-P says my account with them has been "zeroed" out so a refund must have been issued. The credit has never shown up on my account and my credit card has taken the initiative to further check into the matter.Desired Settlement: I would like them to issue the refund directly to my credit card.

Review: I order a product called Miracle Phytoceramide on the internet, paid for the product with my credit card and thought nothing more of it until I realized that they had buried in the fine print that it was one of those deals where they were billing me every month...thus the nightmare started and it still going on. I cancelled the product (cancellation [redacted]) on 03/19/2014. I received an email from them confirming. I called my credit card company regarding the matter and received a letter that it had been resolved. I received a refund on my credit card. Then on May 27th, 2014 I received another charge on my credit card and they claimed that I had lost the dispute with my credit card (Discover) and that the credit card company had put the charge back on my acct. I spoke with my credit card company this morning and they said that that is not true. Then I received another package with the product in it. Discover filing another complaint. I can not get the company to even answer their phone. This is a bogus product with questionable advertising and illegal practices of charging credit cards without authorization and failure to follow through on cancellations and out right lying to the customer about it. They tout this product as a 'Facelift in a bottle'! What a farce!Desired Settlement: I WANT THIS CANCELLED AND DO NOT WANT TO BE BILLED FOR IT ANYMORE!
