Good morning, We have successfully fulfilled the customers order after she verified her shipping addressThe tracking # is [redacted] via [redacted] It was also confirmed by the carrier that this order was delivered successfully on Monday **, We have now closed this case on our end as the order was fulfilled, shipped and delivered*Please see the attache proof of delivery picture Thank You, Management Team

The customer placed an order we fulfilled and shipped the order with proof of trackingThe customer contacted stating she would like to return the item we provided the return slip and information on how to return the item Per our policy which is located publicly on our website we DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS! Upon approved returns we issue store credit only.The claim about the item being not as advertised and having animal hair is not true as all items are carefully packaged and shipped from our warehouse as the image advertisedThis is just another attempt for a refund in which we will not approveWe would also like to add that the customer failed to return the item, the item is still in the customers possession and it is well beyond the day return policy By the customer keeping the item and not sending it back for a return this is considered a final saleWhy keep an item you have an issue with? Why not send the item back? It appears that this customer want to keep the item and get a refund which is a scamWe do not have anything else to add This sale is final

The customer package was shipped on 516.She notified us weeks later that she did not receive her packageWe filed a lost package claim with the carrier and asked the customer to verify her shipping address so that we can replace the itemAs of today we have not received an address verificationWe sent the customer the following email: [redacted] We are happy to replace your order please email us with your shipping address.We are back in the office.Thank You

This is and I have ALL the emails, phone conversations to provide my statementsI did not want my order days after orderingI am very active customer online and know very that things happen and take awaits to ship as to why I did order in advance of my tripThe ONLY contact I had with this company was when I called and that of recent, after filing my complaint was I finally responded to via email which I can showI was told by Tonya that yes this was the policy BUT because of everything and me missing my enemt once they got the package I will get the refund, which now is not the caseI don't want a store credit! Why would I want to continue business with a company like this and have to go through the same thing? No thank you I have attached one of the emails I sent that was never returned I have more as well

In regards to address this complaint our website strictly states that we do not offer refunds of any kindWe will only accept returns for in-store credit if you contact us within days of receiving the product, which explains our day guarantee.
The customer
contacted us suggesting you was not pleased with her purchase and we instantly emailed her a return slip so that she can return the item back to us for in-store creditShe became upset because she wanted a refund back to her credit card which is against our store policy.
