resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  However, it still took 19 business days for them to ship this item instead of the 10 that their website and customer service representative stated.  Will NEVER shop this site again.

My complaint has not been resolved because this is a fraud company!!! They did not mail out my items in a timely manner and I only received my package after I emailed threatening them about contacting Revdex.com and my [redacted] review I made against the company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. [redacted]buyer beware[redacted]" I refused the package and they should have it back in their possession as of now. I contacted my bank and disputed these charges as well since I refused the package and didn't want any further dealings with this company.

This company is constantly saying what the policy is. But yet to address the unanswered emails. What their store manager stated in one of the emails provided that once the item is returned a refund will be given back. I REFUSE TO TAKE STORE CREDIT AND SHOP WHEN I HAVE BEEN TREATED LESS THAN AS A CUSTOMER AND LIED TO CONSTANTLY!!!!!! I have my proof of every transaction and lack of from this company. Is that their policy as well???!!

Miracles Fashion Boutique was in constant contact with the customer, explaining that one of her items were backordered. We require 6-10 business days to process all orders before shipment. The customer wanted her items within 3 days of placing the order, we explained that our policy states 6-10...

business days, she than became upset stating she has an event to attend.   We shipped one of the items we had in stock and refund her for the other item since it was still backordered (she ordered two items total).  We recently received a return package from [redacted] stating the customer refused the package as Return To Sender, we have uploaded proof from [redacted].  Since we just received the return item we have issued store credit in the full amount of $41.25 since our policy is no cash refunds but store credit only. Please see our website return policy here  [redacted].  Miracles Fashion Boutique has fully accommodated the customer and as of date we do not owe her any merchandise or refund, as stated before we have issued store credit.
