This company is constantly saying what the policy isBut yet to address the unanswered emailsWhat their store manager stated in one of the emails provided that once the item is returned a refund will be given backI REFUSE TO TAKE STORE CREDIT AND SHOP WHEN I HAVE BEEN TREATED LESS THAN AS A CUSTOMER AND LIED TO CONSTANTLY!!!!!! I have my proof of every transaction and lack of from this companyIs that their policy as well???!!

The customer was refunded $27.62 on 4/**/16  to [redacted] ( proof on file and available per request) for item Perfect Splash Dress XXL.
The customer returned item Lady Jazz Denim Pants Set XXL and we approved and processed her return. Per our return policy we provided the customer store credit in the amount of $41.25 (store credit information was emailed to the customer and available again upon request).
 
We do not provide cash refunds, as stated before this information is on our website for public viewing, this information was available prior to to Ms. Glenn placing her order.
We have fully addressed this issue and do not have any further details to add, we apologize she is not happy with our decision but as stated this information is available on our website.

We have successfully fulfilled the customers order after she verified her shipping address.

It was also confirmed by the carrier that this order was delivered successfully on Monday **, 2016.
 
We have now closed this case on our end as the order was fulfilled, shipped and delivered.

The customer package was shipped on 5/**/16.
She notified us weeks later that she did not receive her package. We filed a lost package claim with the carrier and asked the customer to verify her shipping address so that we can replace the item.
As of today we have not received an address verification.
 
We sent the customer the following email:

REFUNDS! Upon approved returns we issue store credit only.The claim about the item being not as advertised and having animal hair is not true as all items are carefully packaged and shipped from our warehouse as the image advertised. This is  just another  attempt for a refund in which we will not approve.We would also like to add that the customer failed to return the item, the item is still in the customers possession and it is well beyond the 10 day return policy.  By the customer keeping the item and not sending it back for a return this is considered a final sale.Why keep an item you have an issue with? Why not send the item back?  It appears that this customer want to keep the item and get a refund which is a scam.We do not have anything else to add.  This sale is final.

The customer purchased a dress item on 7/*/16 and paid for additional shipping of $10 to receive the item within 2-3 days. We REQUIRE 10 business days to process all orders, this DOES NOT included shipping time. This information is also listed publicly on our website...

[redacted]This customers item was in-fact shipped 5 business days sooner than our required 10 business days. As stated the customer made the purchase on 7/*/16 and we shipped her purchased item on 7/**/16 exactly 5 business days.  Proof of delivery [redacted]   [redacted]We can not gurantee special events or dates, customers should always consider our 10 day processing time-frame before placing their order just to assure the item will arrive before any planned dates or events.We DO NOT provide refunds but store credit only (refund policy is detailed on our website).
