This email is in regarding my complaint against All My Son's Moving and StorageON February I hired this company to move and pack my belongings to another location less than mile away.During this move There were things left in the old unit and certainly not packed but also upon later investigation there was damage made to my Red micro-suede sofa on the armrest there were holesThis sofa and love seat set were manufactured by [redacted] Furniture and it was bought brand new for over $about years agoWhen I called this company a few days later to make them aware of the damage to my sofa I was transferred to RandyRandy stated there was paperwork to be sent and so I waited about week before receiving them, filled them out, called a mobile notary and mailed the documents backUnfortunately I did not take a picture of the document so I requested Randy send me a copy of what he had but he has never sent me any copied but still claims all of the necessary documentation has not been received and the only page he received was the last so I asked for a copy of that in which I still have not receivedI am requesting your assistance in getting the copy of the document that Randy is stating he receivedAny additional information needed please email,text or call me[redacted]

We are sorry to hear there was confusion with pricing on this move, we here at All My Sons want to always make sure our customers goods are protected from damageWhich is the importance of paperpads when putting household goods into a storage unitDid you not want your goods to be protected? Did you bring your own protection? Due to confusion and our utmost convern to keep our customers happy, we would like to split the difference at $for a settlement on this dispute

After sending my original complaint (before I went to my house) I discovered that my home had been only partially moved- increasing my disappointment furtherMr [redacted] the estimator did give me a quote for a full move and packWhen I called to schedule the actual move I told them that I would do most of the packing but there would still be some to doThey brought numerous boxes and packing supplies which I was charged forWhen I got home, I discovered full rolls of tape (one even in a six pack), extra boxes, rolls of plastic wrap, all of my pots and pans still in the kitchen cabinet, dishes left in dishwasher, curtains, a piece of furniture over the toilet, most oft wall hangings, an empty flower pot, my chimnea, a box of clothes, and lamp that remainedNot only did they over charge (as I had done 90% of actual packing) but they also failed to move a lot of stuffAgain the original quote was from a full pack, supplies, and moveI am now asking for a refund of $(that was the amount charge on my quote for packing and supplies)Pictures are attached

I reached a settlement agreement with All My Sons Movers and wanted to update their ratingThey were fair with their settlement and would like to reflect that in their reviewNot sure where/how to do that [redacted] Builders864- [redacted]

The refund of $has been completed and the auto bill pay has been terminated
