Missguided

This "business" is very fraudulentTheir customer service department does NOT respondI've been attempting to contact them for a week with no success regarding an order I placedI began to leave comments on their Instagram page in which they responded asking me to send them a DM, I did & again NO responseI paid for express (day) shipping on a Monday, it's now Saturday & I still don't have my items

This business is very shadyThey sent my daughter the wrong itemIt was returned and over a month has passed and no refundMultiple times contacting them and they're still sorting it outI chatted with them and they had me go through so many hoops, probably hoping I'd get tripped up and say forget itno way! I give the tracking number showing it was deliveredThey want the postage receiptTell me to contact [redacted] to get the receiptThey know darn well that's next to impossibleLuckily I used my Click-N-Ship [redacted] account to process the postage and I had the receipt in my accountI send the receipt and they say it needs to be emailed from my daughter's email address, not mineHoop after hoopThey try to wear you down instead of issue the refund Every time they asked for something more, I gave it to them and they say I will now get the refundWe'll see if I doA chargeback will certainly be submitted if I don't see anything soon

The absolute worse customer serviceNot only that shipping on their site clearly says 4-business days, well I'm here business days later after something I bought for a christmas present on the *** of December has still not moved in transit since the *** nor has it been recievedNot only that the shipping tracking service they use is sketchy, you can't understand it and it doesn't update clearly

However, I have yet to receive a refund for the total cost of shipping the two incorrect items back, which was $17.85USD

I ordered one item and then later that day made a separate order for two more items. When I sent them both back in the same bag, only 2/3 items were refunded back. Customer service claimed they had no record of the third. I triple checked that all three items were included in the return bag and both return slips. I'm amazed and disappointed. I don't trust ordering anything from Missguided again.
