Review: I purchased an item on April *, 2015 and expected to receive it in 10-15 days. I did not receive the item until 5 days after the standard delivery time and thus missed the occasion for which I wanted to wear the item. When I prepared to wear it, I not only found that the hook was not attached, but also the zipper was broken on the merchandise. I sent the parcel back on May ** (for which I paid to do so) and I have a bank statement that verifies that payment and the day I sent returned the package. I was told refunds take up to 15 days as well. Since returning the item, I have not received any updates from missguided.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my purchase.

Review: This company has yet to issue my refund for an order that was returned a month ago. Furthermore, they have charged my card without permission. Customer services horrible!Desired Settlement: I would like to have my refund for an item I returned a month ago and the extra charge of $25.90. Review: I returned an item about a month ago and have ye to recieve a refund.

I have sent countless of emails with my account info, the item sku, and the tracking number.

After my first two emails they have stopped replying.Desired Settlement: I would just like to refunded for the return I made.

Review: I ordered August [redacted] 2013, Order #[redacted] and did not receive correct tracking information on my package. Skynet - [redacted] (this is what the website shows) Track your order with Skynet by clicking here Status: Despatched Date: 04:24:06 02/**/2013 Status: Awaiting Despatch Date: 03:30:12 02/**/2013 I have emailed them several times, and have not received a reply. I have made this purchase through Paypal Express, and have been charged. So I would like to know when I will be receiving my order.Desired Settlement: I would like to know the correct information on my order, and receive it because I have been charged already for placing this order.

Review: I have returned two orders from this "business" due to the subpar quality of their merchandise. I returned within their stated 14-day policy for a full refund.

According to Missguided's website for Returns [redacted] their advertised "policy" states: "Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery."

I received the first order (Order # [redacted]) on 12/**/14. I returned via [redacted] delivery (tracking #[redacted]) on 12/**/14. It was received at the Missguided location specified for Returns on 12/**/14 at 4:48 pm, signed for by [redacted].

I received the second order (Order #[redacted]) on 12/**/14. I returned via [redacted] delivery (tracking #[redacted]) on 12/**/14. It was received at the Missguided location specified for Returns on 12/**/14 at 5:21 pm, signed for by [redacted].

Clothing was unworn, all tags attached. All was compliant with their "Returns Policy". This policy, I've come to understand doesn't exist and this is why...

I've exchanged numerous e-mail communications with these people (they have no contact #, which is a red flag) with these people regarding the status of my refunds. Their response was as follows:

"I do understand how frustrating this must be for you regarding your refunds for the returned items, but unfortunately we cannot issue a refund until we either receive your returned items or a proof of purchase receipt that was obtained at the time of sending back the items.

As we have stated in pervious emails, it can take up to 15 working days for us to receive your returns.

We will contact you when we do receive them."

This is downright deceptive business practice because, per Missguided "Return Policy", customers need to return within 14 days but it can them up to (conveniently) 15 days to "receive" it. Don't understand how this works other than to say....Obviously, a fraud! I have informed them twice that [redacted] records show that they have indeed delivered/received the return (provided them proof of delivery, who signed, when basically all tracking information). I'm now seeing that they have quite a history of this. Buyer beware. I certainly will never order from them again.Desired Settlement: A refund (to the original form of payment) for the total amount of: $123.44

Review: I shipped the merchandise I no longer wanted back for a return in late October. I have yet to receive a refund. They do not communicate and continuouslu say it take "x" amount of days to process. On their Instagram page, there are hundreds of other customers who comment on their pictures and express the same frustrations. They take people's money and do either do not send them their merchandise in a timely manner or they do not return of back to you when you ask.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund.

Review: I ordered a jumpsuit from this website. It was only after I placed the order and paid that I was informed it would take two weeks to reach me. When it did finally reach me they sent the wrong size. I asked the company to please send me the correct size via express mail and to reimburse me for the cost of the postage and envelope I had to purchase in order to send back the incorrect item. They agreed to send me a new item via express mail but refused to reimburse me for the postage and envelope, even though I had no choice but to buy the postage and envelope due to their error. They then proceeded to send me the incorrect size again. This time I mailed back the item and asked for a refund instead of an exchange as I was done with dealing with the company. I also asked for a reimbursement for both sets of envelopes and postage I had to purchase due to their error, which at $6.08 for the postage and $2.85 for the envelope two times over came to $17.85 total. Again they refused to reimburse me for the postage and envelopes despite the fact that both sets had to be purchased due to their error.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the item I sent back as well as reimbursed $17.85 USD, the total cost of postage and envelopes for the two incorrectly sized items I had no choice but to mail back due to the company's error. I have receipts for both sets of envelopes and postages as well as the emails I exchanged with the company regarding this matter.

I received an email today that said, 'We’re sincerely sorry you have received an incorrect item within your recent order. We have processed a full refund today, including your original delivery cost. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account. Again, please accept our apologies for the mix up and any inconvenience this may have caused you. **'

However, I have yet to receive a refund for the total cost of shipping the two incorrect items back, which was $17.85USD.

Review: I had previously made an order with [redacted], a company that I've bought money from (

I was just a sent a bill from [redacted] for a bill of $60.91, for customs charges due to a order I placed with [redacted] on March [redacted] (ORDER #[redacted]). I've have unfortunately order from Missguided before and have never ever received a bill from the shipment company. My order charge met the requirement for free shipping and handling; however, I am being charged by [redacted] for Priority mail international duties despite the fact that I indicated 'standard shipping & handling" and that I ordered from their US sites, so for me to be charged for duties without even being notified is unethical and wrong. I was never informed when I placed my order nor when I spoke to a representative regarding my order that I was going to be billed for international customs duties.Desired Settlement: I would need for Missguided to clear or pay for the bill that [redacted] has charged me. The sum of $60.91.

Review: I ordered a dress online for my daughter on September **, 2014. Missguided shipped the wrong dress. My daughter, [redacted], sent an email to Missguided. Missguided replied back stating to ship the dress back for a refund or exchange. Because my daughter needed the dress for the weekend, a refund would be needed instead of an exchange. The dress was shipped back for a refund on October *, 2014. Missguided received the return package on October *, 2014.

Returned the dress on October *, 2014. I sent an email to their customer service department and attached a copy of all shipping receipts. I sent emails requesting a status multiple times (10/**, 10/**). Finally received a response on 10/** stating Missguided had not received a return and to send proof of shipping. I replied the same day attaching copies of the [redacted] tracking log that clearly showed the dress had been returned. The customer service agent named [redacted] responded on 10/** stating that a refund would be issued in 3 to 5 days. I have not received a refund or any other communication from this company. This was my first and last order from Missguided.

Based on my interaction and online comments from other consumers, Missguided has very questionable business practices.

Review: Placed an order on 9/**/14 and Was sent two faulty items from this retailer. Sent them back and when I asked about a refund I was asked to provide proof of delivery back to retailer. After they saw my proof they said I would get the refund in 7 business days. It has now been 10 days and they finally said they would refund me the WRONG amount. I have sent countless emails and still haven't gotten a response back. I will NEVER shop here again.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.

Review: I placed an order with this company for 2 dresses and a pair of shoes and received my items on the [redacted] of January. Apon opening my package I noticed that 1 of my dresses was replaced by pants, I contacted them immediately via email which is the only way to contact them. After explaining the situation to the customer service rep. I was told to keep the pair of pants and they will be resending my dress. After asking her twice to make sure she knew which dress I needed she assured me that I will be getting my dress. Next morning I received an e-receipt stating that my dress was being sent. After a few days of waiting I contacted them on the [redacted] asking for a tracking number that I was never sent; just trying to get a guess on how long it would take because I just moved out of that apartment building and want to inform the landlord. After receiving an email back from a rep. Megan I was told on the 3rd I was refunded my money instead of having the dress sent out because it was out of stock which I wasn't informed about until this conversation. After sending her a few emails she stopped responding and the next morning I received an email from a Lauren offering a 10% off discount and free shipping for a future purchase. I needed this item for this current week and won't have an item in time if I was to order now. On top of all this I haven't received the refund they keep insuring me was sent instead of the dress that magically was out of stock that whole time. They're no longer responding to my emails after I asked to converse with someone higher up; which is soo unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I would like to be sent a replacement dress and/or a complete refund on my purchase

Review: I made an order on July [redacted], and I was to receive it on July [redacted]. Not only did my order get delayed in being shipped, I just got notification that my shipment is being held in customs. [redacted] told me they have sent numerous emails to find out information from Misguided as it was missing information but no response. They have also told me that the shipment will be sent back to the shipper if they don't respond. I have already been charged $250.00 and customer care does not care and have not responded. They don't even have a phone number.Desired Settlement: I want my delivery or a new shipment sent out to me. Also, for the inconvenience I should get some percentage off my order.

Review: Originally made a purchase on Sept. **,2014 via internet, using my Visa card. The total purchase was $138.13. I returned two of the three items one for $75.98 the other $20.88. The first return for these two items was made around Oct. [redacted]. The package came back to my home unopened stating the address was incorrect and the postage insufficient(i used the return label they supplied me with). I then mailed it out again after confirming the address via email with Missguided. I mailed it out for the second time on Oct. *,2014 using [redacted], I have the tracking number. Review: As a new customer, I was excited to purchase items for my upcoming vacations from MissGuided. When I purchased my items, my order was rather large and it says on the site "Free Standard Shipping on Orders over $50." My order was $423.18 and the order number was [redacted]. However, I received an invoice from [redacted] about three weeks later saying I needed to pay $78 for taxes. This information was never explained prior to or during my order. It is not stated on the website that you have to pay an additional tax. I've ordered items religious from sites overseas, such as [redacted] and I've never received a tax from the shipping companies. This is not a great way of doing business. As a first time customer, I don't think I will be ordering from this site again. The clothes are great but the missing information and second charge is not what I need.Desired Settlement: I will like for MissGuided to pay for the tax invoice I received from [redacted] for $78 and removed it from my account.

Review: I purchased 4 items from missguided, Order # [redacted] in the amount of $145.75 . I made the purchase using my MasterCard. Immediately after making the purchase I received my confirmation email stating that I will have my order in 4 business days after processing. I shortly after I received an email saying "Thank you for your order with Missguided. As part of our standard process we run a security check on all the details of your payment, unfortunately on this occasion your transaction was flagged as a high risk. Don’t be alarmed by this, it could be as simple as your address details have been entered incorrectly. To assist us in releasing your order quickly please could you provide us with a copy of ID matching the card holder, such as a driver’s license or passport, along with proof of address in the form of either a recent bank statement or utility bill issued in the card holders name to the address the card is registered to. Please send the required documents to [redacted] so we can dispatch your order as soon as possible. If we have not received your proof of ID and address within seven days we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. Kind regards, Customer Service"

I emailed the company back saying I was not comfortable sending any of this information and that if they were unable to process the order to please cancel the order and refund my card. I was told I would get a response in a few hours and I have not. I am unable to fins a phone number to this company and I am highly concerned.Desired Settlement: I wish to just have the charge either canceled or have the company refund me the $145.75

Review: Returned merchandise. Have proof of retailer receiving merchandise. Was never credited for items. Had to contact retailer to prove that I returned items even though I tracked them through postage & they received items over 2 weeks ago. Per their policy, I should have gotten confirmation emails when they got the items. Never received any communication from retailer/merchant.

This occurred with two orders from them.

If you need proof of postage, please let me know. I can provide. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I have contacted the merchant and my bank. Expecting credits of $102.56 & $ 116.96.

Also expect credits from shipping charges of $11.60 since this merchant did not follow through per their policy of contacting me. If I hadn't contacted merchant, they would have never even tried to reach out to me to refund me. They would have just kept my money.
