This "business" is very fraudulent. Their customer service department does NOT respond. I've been attempting to contact them for a week with no success regarding an order I placed. I began to leave comments on their Instagram page in which they responded asking me to send them a DM, I did & again NO response. I paid for express (2 day) shipping on a Monday, it's now Saturday & I still don't have my items.

This business is very shady. They sent my daughter the wrong item. It was returned and over a month has passed and no refund. Multiple times contacting them and they're still sorting it out. I chatted with them and they had me go through so many hoops, probably hoping I'd get tripped up and say forget it... no way! I give the tracking number showing it was delivered. They want the postage receipt. Tell me to contact [redacted] to get the receipt. They know darn well that's next to impossible. Luckily I used my Click-N-Ship [redacted] account to process the postage and I had the receipt in my account. I send the receipt and they say it needs to be emailed from my daughter's email address, not mine..... Hoop after hoop. They try to wear you down instead of issue the refund.
Every time they asked for something more, I gave it to them and they say I will now get the refund. We'll see if I do. A chargeback will certainly be submitted if I don't see anything soon.

To explain in more detail I ordered online weeks ago, I love in Dubai. The parcel arrived and the contents was someone elses order. This was meant to be a present for my partners Christmas, so I ensured I ordered it in time.

I had to also pay an additional 40 pounds to custom, which was fine, until I found out it was not my parcel.

For no reason they refunded me only part of my cost, before I had even raised this issue with them, which I can only explain would be the exchange rate difference from my first order.

I contacted them and they refused to send me the correct order, refused to collect the mi sent current order siting in my home. They also refused to pay the actual cost that left my account for this purchase and also will not take responsibility for the 40 pounds loss at customs due to them sending the wrong order. All they have stated is that they have refunded me and I would need to re order, however they refuse to pay any costs due to their mistake. Along with the items cannot be reordered as they were sale items that are no longer available and also they refuse to pay the customs issue or ensure it arrives by Christmas day.

I want the correct order and by 25th December as placed! Or I want my customs charges and exchange rate charges back, plus compensation for my stress caused by them!.

Review: I placed my order 7/**/2015. I got a confirmation email but that is all. On August *, 2015 I reached out to customer service since I did not hear from them whether my order shipped. Missguided responded with a tracking number that would not track. Then on August *, 2015, I receive an email saying that my return was received. To which I immediately responded to, both via email and on [redacted]. The rep on [redacted] assured me that this was an error and they are sending it right back to me. They will email me with new tracking information. On August *, 2015, I get another email that I have to replace the order. That would mean laying out money again but I am okay with that. As soon as I went on to their website, both the items I ordered were out of stock. I am left with no order and funnily enough, completely "MIS(S)GUIDED" by this website. It almost seems that unless you are a blogger or of celebrity status, you will not get your goods.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order. I planned 2 events with the goods I was to received and as promised by Missguided; I WANT MY ORDER.

Review: I purchased two items from Missguided on September **, 2014. Upon receipt of the items I realized that the company had sent me a different item of clothing than what I had ordered. I informed the company of the mistake along with pictures of my receipt listing the correct item and a picture of the wrong item of clothing I received. Missguided then told me to mail back the wrong item I'd received so I could receive a refund. I mailed back the item through USPS priority mail to ensure delivery.

USPS confirmed that the item was delivered to Missguided (at the P/O Box address that was listed on the return label that Missguided mailed with the product); The item was delivered on September [redacted] 2014.

After 2 1/2 weeks of not hearing anything from the company, I emailed them and asked about my refund. A customer representative named [redacted] told me they had not received my returned merchandise and to send in a picture of my receipt of proof of purchase from the post office. I emailed the company a picture of my receipt confirming I had shipped the product as well as the link to the USPS site confirming delivery. The representative then informed me that my return would be processed and I would get a notification to that effect and that I should expect a refund shortly. This occurred on October **, 2014.

A week later, today October **, I still had not received a notification that my refund had processed so I again sent the company an email inquiring as to the status of my refund. Another customer service representative named Roger told me that the company never received my product and again asked me to send him proof of service from the post office. His response came as a shock since I had already sent in that information and was told a week earlier that my refund should be processed shortly.

I again had to resend the same information to Missguided and I have yet to hear a response. The customer service has been horrific: there is no one to call and I have gotten the runaround from different service representatives who are clearly not in communication with each other and are incompetent to handle the matter appropriately.

It's going on a month now and I currently have no product, have been forced to pay for postage to send the defective product back and am still out $32 for the shirt I purchased.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund immediately.

Review: I have received and returned promptly two separate orders from this company and have yet to receive my refund amounting over $200.00.. I have contacted this company via email and for a month now I have gotten multiple emails ranging from we haven't gotten your return to your refund will be processed and then lastly your account with us is closed.. I have my returns slip confirming mailing from the ups carrier, I have the returns receipt also from the carrier showing items received and signed for and I have emailed this info to them.Desired Settlement: I would like my money placed back into my account or by check if needed to be done that way, and I am looking to have this resolved by Friday August [redacted] 2013. As of this date it would be officially a month since they have received my return.

Review: The shipping information on the website says: HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING TO USA AND CANADA?

Yet I received an invoice for $114 from Federal Express for customs and duty charges which were not disclosed when processing the order. I refuse to pay and am asking them to pay the costs which they are refusing to do.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay the federal express invoice.

Review: This transaction was done by my daughter, however, the merchandise she ordered was never received. My name is not on this transaction and therefore the transaction should've never been processed, it should've been declined because I did not authorize this transaction. I called my credit card company to dispute the $688.86 that was charged to my credit card by missguided. The credit card company stated I had to respond to a letter sent by Sarah the customer care advisor from missguided (company number [redacted]), unfortunately, no address, no phone number or email was provided. I was unable to contact the company to provide them with the information they were requesting. I called my credit card company to inform them I couldnt contact missguided and my credit company stated they made many attempts to contact missguided after the initial contact and was unable to contact the company any further.Desired Settlement: Please help me receive my refund. I believe this is fraud.

Review: I ordered three articles of clothing from the website. When my package came, I realized that each of my items where correct but were in the wrong sizes. A size that I did not request. When I ordered my items online, they were all in stock and eligible for purchase. I was under the impression that my items in the correct size were being shipped. At least that's my online confirmation receipt assured me. When my package came, a delivery receipt was included that listed my items all in the incorrect size. It also stated that if there was any issue with my order, I could send it back and exchange or receive a refund. It listed that returns/ exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

I was forced to contact Missguided's customer service via email, because there was no number listed. I received an email stating that someone will be contacting me within 24 hours. The next morning I received an email from a customer service representative(E.B.) who said that they read into my problem and listed steps to go about exchanges. It said as long as my items weren't damaged and unused, I could exchange within 14 business days. In addition to this email, I received a separate one maybe an half hour before telling me that the company didn't offer exchanges and I could ONLY do refund. When I read that email, I emailed B.E. to ask about the discrepancy between the information I had just received. He then told me that the previous email he sent was an error and the email stating that exchanges aren't allowed, only refunds was correct. I asked why exchanges weren't allowed, and he told me because of the cost of customs and shipping/ handling. He gladly offered my refund but I would have to pay the shipping to return the wrong items. We continued emails, and he "offered to help, but couldn't explain to me why I received the wrong sizes, why I wasn't notified that my sizes weren't available, why my money was still taken, or why the website listed nothing about this "Exchange Policy." I am very hesitant to even continue business with this company. I'm afraid that if I return the items, I will not receive my full refund. I stated that in the last email sent to Missguided and I haven't heard anything back yet.Desired Settlement: I will prefer an exchange because I still wanted my items, but if I ultimately cannot receive my correct sizes, I would appreciate my refund.

Review: On February **, 2014 I purchased the Norika Peplum Tailored Mini Dress In Nude from [redacted].

Unfortunately, the service was inadequate because the company has taken the payment from my debit account, but have not since created the order. I am disappointed because I was charged without receiving a product in return and the company has refused to refund my money, but has also charged additional charges to my account. The company has also failed to provide me a confirmation number after saying they would provide one. I only want to be refunded and am in fear that I would not after recently finding out that this company is notorious for taking payment without providing a product then refusing to repayment.
