Attention everyone who owns a mistymate home misting products. Under no circumstances should anyone buy anything from this company if you want or intend to get customer support in any shape, form or fashion!

I have called the company over 100 times over the past 3 months, not once has anyone every answered the phone, left dozens of messages, sent several emails and still have not be able to get a hold of anyone to help me with my warranty parts replacement!

Review: I returned item to be fixed. I have called over 30 times no answer. They have now moved to Santa Monica California. They have not repaired the item I ordered. I bought parts to fix. The 1 part that I needed was not in repair kit. They have not sent me my broken one back. It has vanished. Here is the tracking # for proof of delivery [redacted] I have been trying to get ahold of them since 10-1-2015 They have stolen from me I purchased this item.

Review: I purchased the Cool Patio 20 rv edition from the camping world web site. From right out of the box several of the misters were cracked and not misting. I delt with the problem a couple times. Now the issue has progress and gotten worse making this system useless. Im still within my 4 year factory warranty and have attempted to contact the [redacted] several times with many messages sent. I have just sent an email their customer service as well. Over the past couple months I have not been able to reach them for repair of the item. I feel Im owed a refund for the product or some misters that will actuality work. Im not about to purchase replacements for something under the warranty. The company won't get back to me for my concerns.Desired Settlement: Give me a full refund or send me the misters that wont crack and make this unit not function as advertised. Feel free to send the copper ones that you sell as replacements on your website. I shouldn't have to deal with this any further. This shouldn't have to be done to get a response from your company.

Review: I purchased a mistymate Cool Patio 17. Half the misting nozzels are cracked. The coupling that connects it to the faucet pops off every time you turn on the water. I registered my unit on the company's web site for the 4 year warranty. I called customer service and they do not answer . I left a message on three days and they did not respond. I sent emails on 2 days and they did not respond.Desired Settlement: I want nozzels that are not cracked and work properly. I also want a coupling for the end to attach to the faucet that DOES NOT POP OFF and does not leak.

Review: This is the email sent to the company via web site "Contact Us". I have no address for the company. I can't find the info online either. It's stated Revdex.com approved on website but your website said that it wasn't listed. Below is what I sent them:I purchased your MISTING SYSTEM (Cool Patio 22) for my patio this summer July 2013 at [redacted].Product Key [redacted] of the brass mister nozzles didn't put out a mist instead it dripped water. Shortly thereafter 2 more didn't work. I didn't feel that I had a recourse but I just so happened to have kept the product registration card. I'm now online and see NO obvious place to register the product, yet you say that your company is Revdex.com approved. I'm reporting this same issue to Revdex.com. I hope that we can resolve this matter in such a way that I can brag on your business.[redacted] I'm glad that I didn't submit complaint yet. Went back to your site and was able to register, however I still need this matter resolved. My preference is a new system. Thank you.Desired Settlement: My preference is a new system since I pretty much received a defective package.

Review: I purchased 2 Misty Mate Cool Camper6 Misting Systems, and both sets had cracked plastic misting nozzles. I filled out warranty information on their website, and even called and left messages, several times. They are not answering their phones, and not returning phone calls.Desired Settlement: Replace 8 nozzles with the new (improved) nozzles.

Review: have made several atempts to file a warranty claim over the past week. Placed on hold for for 30 minutes at a time then sent to voice-mail mutiple times. Left two messages after multipale calls have recieved no response.Desired Settlement: New missting system, the mister has 17 nozzles. When I opened the package 9 of them are cracked, causing leaks when water is applied to system. I would like to have replacement nozzles for the damaged ones.

Review: I purchased a Cool Patio 30 misting system from [redacted].[redacted]. The first time I turned it on, the little white misters started popping out of the nozzles. I contacted the seller, who informed me the company had made some better ones I could get. I tried to contact MistyMate by phone and got an answering machine. So I tried emailing them, they answered after the second time and told me since my product was under warranty to give them my warranty product key and address and they would send new misters free of charge, this was on June 24th. I wrote them back with the information, and have not received any new misters or a reply. I have tried emailing them 3 or 4 times asking had the misters shipped yet and still no reply, or misters and it's July 21st. I paid $50 for this thing and can't even use it, the summer will be over before long...Desired Settlement: I would just like some new misters that work.

They did initially respond 30days after my first email and send me defective / wrong replacement parts which were also defective.

Please be advised that the 64 replacement nozzles you sent me packed on 6-25-2015, pack list # [redacted], 25 nozzles are defective, 6 of which are split and should never of been sent! Also these are the old design version of the nozzles, not the new gray nozzle design.

I am again requesting that you send me 64 pieces of the new gray design nozzle!

I have been trying to resolve this situation with failed nozzles since the beginning of May and summer is just about ½ over and I still don’t have a working product!

I have been trying to get ahold of someone at Misty Mate to get some nozzles. I bought their 16600 unit and 2 of the four nozzles are cracked and just pour out water. Trouble is no one calls back or emails back. I have left several messages and send emails as well. Its as if no one works there or no one cares. Do they care about their business? I just can't believe they don't care and don't return call and emails. I just want good working nozzles. I don't want to return the mister unit and get my money back.Desired Settlement: Please send me replacement nozzles. Maybe they can send me four of the better brass nozzles that should come with the unit in the first place.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased their 20 foot professional grade misting system and it arrived with defective nozzles that were cracked. I tried several times to contact them and only get voicemail. After leaving many messages, they NEVER responded back to me. It is impossible to talk with a person when calling their customer service number. I feel that this is a cheaply made product and they just want their customers to give up when trying to get any help from them. THEIR WARRANTY IS USELESS AND SO IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: Company has a four year warranty on their product; I have tried to contact them about my mister nozzles that are not functioning. Phone calls are not answered, nor returned.

I finally received an Email from Customer Service wanting to know what my problem was - I had stated in my original request an in my reply to their Email.

Another week has passed, and still no reply. It has been over three weeks since my first phone call.

Thank you for any assistance in obtaining a reply/answer.Desired Settlement: Honor warranty.
