My service technician, Charlie, went far above and beyond what I had expectedInitially showing up just to clean my A/C unit, we found I had other electrical issues and he was able to help fix my unit that very dayHe checked practically every filter in my house and gave me advice on all the small things I need to be doing to be sure I'm taking care of my unitIf these employees are the kind that are associated with Mitch Wright, then I don't see a reason to use any other company

In 2008, I made a significant investment in my home (Cinnamon Ridge Condos in Beavercreek) One reason that I bought a condo was my desire to live in a clean, well-managed community, where certain standards were enforced However, I am sorely disappointed by years of incompetent property management by Towne Properties and their representative, Mr Tim *** His poor business decisions have caused horrendous financial impacts to the owners and his lack of attention is quickly driving our community into ghetto status The Association's rules and regulations are NOT enforced, maintenance is not performed in a timely manner, and our property conditions/values are declining rapidly Mr*** will not respond to concerns about vehicle noise violations, abandoned vehicles, and other issues He quietly defers to the Board, who defers back to the property manager, and the run-around continues I am requesting assistance from the Revdex.com to remedy several existing problems and ensure a better way-ahead for this community

We bought a condo at The Crossings at Canterbury Trails for my mother I have never experienced such poor service dealing with property management than we have with Towne Properties When she first moved in, we tried to get ahold of Town Properties and it took numerous calls and voice messages to finally have someone return our call When we purchased the property, it needed new windows and a door We asked where to purchase the windows (they were leaking) and the lady that called us back said she didn't have any ideaIt took over two weeeks for her to call us back and by then, we had already had new ones installed
I decided to go the the next board meeting with my mom to try to understand some of the rules The Board said we should have received a book with all the rules which we had been there over a month now and no one had sent those to us or even a payment book so we could pay the dues! I told them that we needed a new door The Board said it needed to look like all the doors in the neighborhood which I understood But NO ONE could tell us where to purchase one that would be acceptable!
The reason I bought this place was so I would have some help with some of the upkeep but the employees and board don't seem to either care or they don't know as much as I do about the property

First off I would like to say that Jeremy came out an gave us an estimate on the types of Hot water heaters an what the new regulations were He was not pushy about the certain type to get just the facts about them The two men (which I am sorry to say I do not have there names, but they did do a good job putting in the Tankless Water Heater Then we had problems with our furnace an we called Mitch Wrights to come look at it an after my husband wittness how they checked out our furnace, he was very pleased with how well they checked it out An then to find out it was the thermostat causing the problem An also told us of another problem that will have to be take care of in the future, but did not push us to buy a new one at this time They all did a good job

Jeremy was helpful and despite a full schedule, was able to come back the same day to install the water heater after my workday was done, as I was unable to schedule the install on another day
