I do have to give Mitch Wright a A+ rating for their help. The gentleman that came to my home put in a lot of work and he was very knowledgeable about his job and did his job well. Of all things it was on inauguration day, WOW. Actually this is the 2nd time I have had Mitch Wright service and all the techs were super good, yes it was expensive but I guess that is the way it is. Anyway I would recommend Mitch Wright service to anybody.

Pierce C and (Wes ? I' forgot) came to my house. Both were personable and professional. Their honesty was noteworthy. Their job was to give a free inspection of my HVAC system. They did a complete and detailed review, they found some decay. They did offer services in addition to the free service. I will follow up on the recommended service because it will save me money in the long run. The best part was the lack of annoying hard sell. This was not necessary. They had proven to me with pictures of rust and the mechanical action of a hard starting capacitor, that preventative maintenance would be more cost effective (beneficial to me).
The were clean and kept my house neat. In fact they went above and beyond to vacuum an area of my attic. They found a potential fire hazard. WOW, thanks!

The AC team of Wes, Rena, Carlos, and Pierce were excellent in explaining the options available, pointing out pros and cons of each option, and also with the subsequent installation of a our new AC system.

Very professional, took care of my water heater problem the same day. Work was completed in about 2 hours and now I have hot water with out ever having any inconvenience. A little higher then I wanted to spend but I got what I paid for.

Very good experience with this firm. Office personnel were very helpful in scheduling the work. Technician Ronnie B. and his partner were very professional, courteous, and thorough. Took care of my drainage problem very efficiently.I recommend them highly.

I own a 13 year old home in Horn Lake Mississippi and live in Illinois. The original owner of the home was an HVAC technician and installed separate AC and heating units in the master bedroom. This past winter the furnace stopped working in the master bedroom. I called Mitch Wright based on their rating with Revdex.com, the technicians said the heat chamber was cracked and tried to have me replace the furnace & ac for approximately $7,000. Eventually, I paid $2250 to replace the furnace. Earlier this week the ac unit stopped working and I called Mitch Wright again. The first technician advised me to replace the AC unit for about $5000 or $6000 because all of the Freon had leaked out. He said to replace it would be about $500 and he didn't know how long that would last. He called a second technician that said the system was connected incorrectly and everything for the two ac units would need to be redone, I didn't even ask how much that would cost. Luckily my husband found [redacted] who said we needed 3 pounds of Freon for $245. Now I wonder if I really needed a new furnace. I would not recommend Mitch Wright Plumbing to anyone that does not have time to get a second opinion or living out of state because they will take of advantage of you.
