I called last night due to having no air conditioning and hey responded and I am getting a new unit by Tuesday next week. Fastest service and nicest honest person to deal with. So glad I called them and looked at the Revdex.com reviews before going anywhere else. I even signed up for the maintenance plan to help me keep my new unit up to date! Thanks for everything!!!

Have used Mitch Wright since the upstairs ceiling was in my Mothers. They were very prompt with their service call and extremely knowledgable and helpful with dealing with the problem. Since then they have helped me avoid other major issues with a very old home that had had no maintenance in a while.

I needed 2 toilets replaced to pass a home inspection. The plumber said he'd also checkout the other things that would be inspected. He showed me why my 18 yr old water heater would raise red flags so I chose to replace it with a tankless unit.
The office staff, finance guy & plumber were all professional & very helpful in getting my problems resolved.
I would recommend this company to anyone because I had such a great experience with them.

Andre of Mitch Wright Plumbing, Heating and Air came to service the furnace that I purchased from Mitch Wright in October of 2014. It is a great feeling not to have to worry if I will have heat during the winter and air conditioning in the summer.
Andre came on October 7, 2015 to service the furnace. He was very professional and came in and got right to work. This furnace needs a certain type of filter, the kind that lasts 8 to 12 months. He was able to locate one for a reasonable price and installed it. He also made sure the furnace was working correctly and checked for carbon monoxide. This was a great experience, in fact, I cannot remember ever having a bad experience with Mitch Wright Plumbing, Heating & Air. Whenever they have come out to check something, they have always taken the time to show me, explain and provide possible solutions to any issues involving my heating & air unit.

Their customers don't even know how bad they are being ripped off. PLEASE if you are considering using these guys, get a second quote from any other plumber and you will be shocked! Rather than price the job correctly, they are apparently using some third party "price sheet" that has the price inflated to at least double. Totally dishonest and price gouging business!!! My water heater needed a gas valve control replacement. The guy who came told me that I needed a new unit and it would be over $1600, but wait he could also install one with a longer warranty for $2100. I knew it was totally ridiculous and 2-3 times what the price should be. I even told the repair guy that it was still under warranty, but had to basically force him to quote me a repair. That quote was over $600. So I called the manufacturer, paid $30 for overnight shipping and got the parts for free because it was under warranty. It will take 30 minutes to install the replacement parts and they were outright dishonest and tried to r[redacted] me on the price!!!!

Also, a new 50 gallon water heater installed by virtually every other local reputable plumber is around $800. They somehow think it is good business practice to double the price.

Charlie C. was very personable, knowledgeable, & thorough in the job. Came out same day as called. Stayed at issue until completely diagnosed. Very quick response in getting replacement defective part back to house to fix brand new heating unit issue. Very pleased with service!
