Comenity Bank/Lane Bryant has violated both Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice in regards to the handling of my complaint Simply put, this company can not accept payment for this account and turn it over to another business to attempt to collect on the same debt Per the original contract between the insurance protection company and myself, it states that all payments made will be to Comenity Bank/Lane Bryant for said account This has been done-the insurance company has verified this and it will be forwarded to the Department of Justice for fraud

The response I received didn't address the issue of the mistakes that Comenity has madeI offered to pay off the CORRECT balance, but Comenity refused to accept their mistakes and unethical business practicesIt's Comenity's fault that my automatic payments were not processed and received properly before the end of the promotionAgain, I am offering to pay off the CURRECT balance in fullIf Comenity continues to reject their wrongdoing, I will be forced to protect myself with legal actions

Your complaint states that your payment was debited from your personal bank account on September 11, 2015, and since your due date is the 13th of the month, the late fee that was assessed on September 13, 2015, is not applicable. After review of your account, we show that the payment in question was not received by Comenity Bank until September 18, 2015, at which time it was processed and posted to your account. We show that the payments have beenreceived via mail. I'm not paying that balance because it's not valid and I have also written letters to other places including consumer affairs and will fight this all the way to the top, even if I have too write President Donald Trump becasue this type of company fraud needs to stop, you have changed your story more than once now and I still stick with my same story and I'm not paying $ for sending an item back through the mail, when your company provided the labels and said it was free and I've been a customer years plus and never heard of such a thing I totally disagree
