Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The Sales department and maintenance department are apparently not communicating, while the service department did finally get of the items fixed the car came back dirty, I have photos where they left debris throughout the car, there were new dents and dings in the car, which I pointed out and were not addressedAdditionally the General Managers comment when I spoke with him directly to ask if I had just bought the car with $worth of extended warranties why they would not repair the car his answer "those warranties are worthless" if they are worthless why did your sales department push so hard to get me to buy the coverage when less than weeks later I lost the use of my car for almost weeks and was not even offered a rental car until it was fixed The Company had to have their arm twisted to stand behind the product that they sold me.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The Service Contract and Gap Insurance form shows a signature...However this isn't my signature. In short my signature was forged not on my behalf.
Momentum Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Fairfield, Finally contacted me yesterday 4/23/18. I have supporting documents of copies of originals from the First Automotive without any signatures that where email to me after my request just lately.
This has not been resolved as Momentum Dealership Group is indicating. Do to my scheduling I have requested to set up a meeting with *** after May 4th, 2018. I am waiting for her conformation.Sincerely,*** M***

Momentum sold me a jeep and ensured me it was in good working order when in fact it was notAfter three months of going back and forth with them the GM stated that I could trade it in for another car on their lotI was told he was not in when I was there picking up the Jeep the last timeI was told to leave and he would call me later in the afternoonI got on the freeway and immediately noticed the breaks were squeaking terribly so I drove back and went to the Toyota branch of momentumThe Salesman was very helpful and it turned out that the GM was thereThey gave me $for the jeepI payed $for it three months prior and spent the entire summer in a rental while they put a brand new engine in itMomentum as a whole is a scamThe staff are dishonest and extremely pushyThey took advantage of me, refused to give me answers and tried to convince me that they were doing me a favor by putting me in a rental all summerThe jeep broke down within hours of me driving it off the lotI would like to be given back the $that they stole from me by telling meHow can you sell someone something for $that is not functional, push them around for three months and then say "we'll give you $for it."?
I forgot to mention, in response to "out of goodwill" they fixed more issuesI payed over $for a warranty, anything they fixed was covered in the warrantyAlso, a vehicle is not fixed if the check engine light continues to come on

We did everything in our power to make sure that the jeep was fixed and we offered her a vehicle to drive while the jeep's new engine was put in by the manufacturerAs a matter of fact, out of good will we made her first car payment for her because her jeep was still being fixed and she agree to it without any complaints on thatWhen buying a used vehicle, you are buying the vehicle as is and in doing so you are knowingly purchasing a vehicle that if problems persist it is on you but we went so much out of our way to fix and help her outAt no time did we take advantage of her but she kept harassing us even though we went so much out of our way to help her outWe at Momentum CJDR feel that we have done everything we can to help her fix her jeep and all out of good will and she did not appreciate anything at all and just have complaints and harassment toward it which is not niceBy saying accusations about our dealership is absolutely uncalled for

In response to this complaint on *** ***, we have already submitted a check request for the refund for this customer. First of all the customer misrepresented his income on his credit application and that was why the lender did not get his proof of income that was required. In good
faith, we are taking the vehicle back from him and refunding him the down payment. So the deal is closed on our part. Thank you
