Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I just responded to *** ***. Asking to meet on the 4th or 5th of May, this is the earliest I can schedule to meet with her in person. I advised *** that I discovered on my purchase agreement that there was a charge for Service Contract and Gap Ins. I did my research and contracted First Automotive as indicated on the purchase agreement. First Automotive emailed me copies of the originals submitted to them via Momentum Automotive. There are no signatures on the originals sent to me via First Automotive. I didn't receive any copies at the time of delivery which would have made me ask what is this service contract and gap ins. Instead it was put directly into my purchase file without my knowledge, which are documents *** has provided Revdex.com. This matter needs to be settled in person. I suggest that *** take this further and research her facts before jumping to a conclusion. Sincerely,*** M***

Momentum Auto Group reviewed complaint # [redacted].  We have worked with Mr[redacted] back in 2017 and was able to resolve his Jeep service issues at the time of the original compliant. The customer came in and purchased this vehicle and we had to get information from her to get her deal handled with the bank which she willingly provided us with all the documents that was required of her to get her deal funded through the bank.  The vehicle belongs to her and she has to...

make her payments to the lender otherwise her credit will be adversely if she does not make her payments to the bank.  This is the first that we have heard from her stating all the situation.  She as a customer has a due diligence to come forward before we finished up the deal .  We were not aware that she had the concerns if she does not come forward sooner.
 
Right now, the lender has control of her vehicle and it is her vehicle so she needs to pay for it

 Hello Revdex.com and [redacted],
 We have reviewed and found that [redacted] purchased a service warranty (for $3,995.00) and GAP warranty (for the $895.00).  But there was no purchase of the contract cancellation option agreement as stated by Mr. [redacted].  We are more than happy to help [redacted] cancel these warranty items if he wishes and we will just need a form filled out and signed by [redacted] so we can proceed.  Below is an email with options to provide this cancellation agreement to [redacted] to make it as easy as possible.  We have yet to hear back but are happy to help get this resolved for [redacted].
 
Here is also the original email we sent yesterday to [redacted] about what services he does have and options to get this cancelled if he would like to terminate services:
 
I was able to grab your contracts and saw that you do have a service contract and a GAP contract (GAP contracts is like insurance for your vehicle to make up for any losses if in an accident while still in a loan or paying off your car).  However you were not charged for the cancellation of contract option agreement and the GAP insurance was $895.00.
 
We are happy to cancel both of these warranties for you. Attached is the form we will need signed and filled out.  We can have it signed and scanned/email to me or you may drop it off with me if preferred also.
(You will check the boxes for GAP and vehicle service warranty to cancel both).
 
Please also feel free to call me and I am happy to walk through these items and see the easiest way to get the cancellation in and going for you as it is typically a 6-8 week process.
