[redacted] today.   He has been made aware of the problems with the dealership and is working to try and resolve them.
He stated he would be looking at my file and speaking with the owner to see what they can do to rectify the problem.  However, he would not e able to get back to me until probably Wednesday.
 
Since I was only given the five day duration to respond; I would day no, this matter has not been resolved.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The Sales department and maintenance department are apparently not communicating, while the service department did finally get 4 of the 5 items fixed the car came back dirty, I have photos where they left debris throughout the car, there were new dents and dings in the car, which I pointed out and were not addressed. Additionally the General Managers comment when I spoke with him directly to ask if I had just bought the car with $5000.00 worth of extended warranties why they would not repair the car his answer "those warranties are worthless" if they are worthless why did your sales department push so hard to get me to buy the coverage when less than 2 weeks later I lost the use of my car for almost 5 weeks and was not even offered a rental car until it was fixed.
The Company had to have their arm twisted to stand behind the product that they sold me.Sincerely,[redacted]

Hello - We are pleased to say the rims were installed for the customer today at our dealership. Our service manger, [redacted], worked with them directly to ensure the issue was resolved in a positive matter.
